Coral Villa is a beautiful Key West Florida town-home in the gated community of Coral Hammock, just off U.S. 1, across the street from the Key West Golf Course, and minutes from some of Key West locals' favorite restaurants, marinas, Smathers Beach, and the airport.
The first level of this home welcomes you to the living and dining areas, with a fully stocked kitchen for all of your family meals. There is one bedroom and one full bath on the first floor and a back patio and balcony off of the bedroom and living area.
Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom also with a full en-suite bathroom. Soft earth tones throughout offer a serene setting in every room. The property sleeps up to 8 guests.
The shared community pool and clubhouse is just a short walk away. Close enough to downtown Key West and Duval Street (about 3 miles) when you want it, but far enough away when you want to relax in your own private home or by the pool.
Key West is the place to visit the lively nightlife and relax in the historic charm, flamboyance, and conch-style architecture that early Bahamian settlers made famous. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

This was a perfect vacation rental for our family. It had everything we needed, and it was exactly as described.
The beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked with some necessities.
I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed our stay in Key West and Coral Villa
Property was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning did not work on arrival. HomeAway had the problem fixed same day, very good service. AC unit had not been periodically serviced. Unit backed up to Hwy 1 and traffic noise on outside deck was disturbing. Not too bad inside with doors and windows shut. Homeless person sleeping in parkway directly below our deck every morning. Not a good value. Overall not an enjoyable experience.

Such a nice place in every way. We were missing nothing - oh - except the blades to the hand mixer ( :}}}} ). We loved 5 days on Stock Island. The unit was exceptional - we do a lot of traveling and have seen it all! (Only 1 (minor) complaint - that you have to go check in and get the keys, in downtown Key West. It would have been so much more convenient to have the keys in a lock box with a keypad, next to the door.) Thank you for such a welcome retreat! FIVE BIG STARS!! We hope to do it again next year!

Nice place in good location.
The place was very clean. Well landscaped , nice pool area and clubhouse. Could use some new cookware. Only 2 bedrooms had a television. Otherwise no complaints.

I love Key West!
This house is perfect, slept 8 lovey ladies for a bachelorette getaway. Perfect location, not far from Smathers Beach or the party in downtown. The house did try to kill one of the girls (final destination type stuff). There was an electrical shock in one of the upstairs bathrooms, and the same bathroom's toilet did not flush without manual labor. But she survived, and we had a good laugh about it. Also the DVD player downstairs was really complicated to figure out how to work (but that could be user error). The house had plenty of extra clean towels and washclothes. And overall just a very sterile environment. We loved it here and will hopefully come again. Thank you!!!

Very nice, very comfortable.
This was a very nice place to stay. We found it spacious and well cared for. The decor was tasteful and uncluttered. The pool and community center were very nice. The entire community was clean and taken care of daily. The house was comfortable and roomy for 5 adults. I liked the location because we were close to everything but not in the middle of it all. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Very nice large condo great for families.
Coral Hammock is a great location on Stock Island. It is close to downtown Key West but in a quiet beautiful location. The pool was wonderful and there is also a workout room with machines. I would highly recommend this condo and the Coral Hammock development.

We had great time!
The house was perfect for 7 adults. The sleeping sofa is only good for children not comfortable for adults. The electric outlet for the barbecue outside porch is not working, it kept going off and no way to reset it. In addition, we wish it had a better barbecue. Unfortunately, I did not find that the first level floors was mopped accordingly for our arrival.
I want to compliment Theresa from Key West VRBO, she is great and was very caring to our needs. Theresa, even took the time to send a postcard upon our departure, that is very nice and shows she cares for the clients she represents.

This property was awesome! It was very well maintained and clean. It had everything you could possibly need! I love the privacy provided by the secured gates. It was just minutes away from all that Key West has to offer. I hope to book this property for our next visit!

Cute, Comfortable & Bright 3-Bedroom Condo
This was a very cute, comfortable and bright 3-bedroom condo where every bedroom had it's own bath. The pool was nice for relaxing in the evenings. The only downside was that the back deck (where we liked to hang out in the mornings) had a lot of traffic noise; other than that it was great! I would highly recommend it if you don't mind driving to the historic district.

Architect
The "Town Home" is a great place to stay. It is located a couple of miles from the "Key West": area hot spots but is near great places to eat and a bakery just off property. The unit was clean, spacious and well appointed. It is a raised unit so there is one flight of stairs to the main level with parking below. Everything was in working order and was not worn. There is golf course and botanical gardens just across the road. The only disadvantage is this unit fronts onto US 1. There is a landscape buffer but at times you will hear traffic on the road. It's about a three mile bike ride on dedicated path's/bike lanes to the port/Duval street/restaurants which I rode every day. Key west is a surprisingly friendly bike town so bring or rent your transportation. As of our stay they are still dealing with the aftermath of IRMA so while everything is operational not all of the clean up has taken place in the community. The "town home" complex is however completely restored.

Neat and clean
Nice condo. Location not very close to Duval. 20 minutes or so. Condo we had was close to busy Hwy 1, a little noisy at night. But all in all, worth it.

Nice size condo, quiet location, great pool
Great condo in gated community. Quiet area and only a short cab ride to downtown. Spacious bedrooms , we had 8 people in our party, plus 3 bathrooms is great ! Very clean and comfortable and the large pool with tiki hut is only a short walk down the sidewalk.
The shower in the smaller upstairs bathroom drained very slow and the electric grill would trip the breaker when it hit a certain degree. Other than that, very nice place and we would stay again.

Great experience over all. The tile needs cleaned in all areas, the upstairs bathroom sinks drain very slow, and there were only 7 beach towels when we arrived. My only real concern is about several stray cats that came to our door throughout of visit. They were obviously sick and not cared for. I am hoping someone will get them removed so they can be taken care of properly. I was concerned for our young grandson who was trying to pet them every time he got the chance. I wanted to call animal control while I was there so they could get the care they needed but chose not to. I hope you will as it was very sad to see them sick.

This property was outstanding! i was not expecting such a great place when arriving, but the minute we hit the doors it was so clean, and felt like being at home! It was perfect for what we needed, and the pool was beautiful, and so fun to see our little friends the iguanas each day. We rented a couple of the properties around the area with my family, so we could all be close by and it was perfect! we all were able to be close to eachother, and still able to have our own time when needed. I would recommend this property to friends and family staying in the keys! Thanks for everything!
