Beautiful now that they renovated/updated

Room was newly renovated. Tub was nice. Dual shower area was beautiful.. Smelled nice .Roomed appeared very clean.

Maybe I'm just spoiled from the bensalem inn of the dove which is cheaper on the week nights. Also they give you a fire log free with the room at bensalem. The rock hard bed is my only real complaint . And I would ask that they start stocking the room with extra towels . 1 set for the shower and 1 set for tub use.

Romantic and comfortable. A must for couples.

The room was HUGE compared to a similarly priced room anywhere else. Hot tub bug enough for two to comfortably soak together. The shower was an entire room with dual shower heads, big though you could throw a friggin party in there. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.

The Good, the bad and the ugly.

It was a great location near the art fest but just out of reach of all the traffic and noise. The staff was very nice. The jacuzzi had great water pressure. I liked the bowl-shaped sink. There were no bed bugs. Thank God!

The hotel could use a good overall upgrade. There was a wasp nest right above our door. The floor in front of the fridge and sink was sticky. The mattress was hard..

Liked the size of the room. It was nice that there was a jetted tub, fireplace and large shower with 2 shower heads.

The room was outdated and the bedding wasn't the most comfortable, but it was adequate.

Worst birthday ever

NOTHING ....IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

The room was nothing like the pictures on the site! It was dirty and old. There were cracks in the walls . The floors were very dirty. The toilet was in an old closet. It took 35 minutes to fill the jacuzzi to find out that there was no hot water . It also looked 40 yrs old with stains and cracks . We were not told or offered firewood for the fireplace. No phone in the room. The lights around the bed did not have a way to shut off. At checkout, I spoke with a man in the office who expressed no concerns about our awful experience and he actually had the nerve to say f...k. you to me . I will not be returning and do not recommend.

The location was secluded but also really close to a lot of downtown bars and restaurants

Everything about the room was wonderful, although, my being a bigger bodied person, I was a little sad about the jacuzzi being as small as it was. But aside from that, the tub and the shower and everything else was phenomenal

Overpriced Cheap romance room

How quiet it was.

The parking lot needed to be plowed. I couldn't find a good spot due to snow. Location is so close the the hood. Heater in the first room wasn't working ... The rooms looked old and dingy. The style was super ugly. Not enough towels.

Loved how clean and unique the room was. Very clean. The location just minutes away from Hershey, outlets, restaurants, etc.

Had to play with the heating and cooling system for a while to get it to a comfortable temperature in the room.

Weekend getaway for Mom & Dad

The room was very spacious. We loved the touch of rose petals. The jacuzzi fit us both comfortably. The shower was a big suprise.. So Big! We would definitely book it again.

Fun get away.

We liked the mirrors and the tub and the space in general. And the staff was nice.

We didn’t like the bathroom set up and that there was no hdmi plug already there. Hotels usually have them.

Overall was a nice stay.

The set up of the room was amazing and romantic.

I didn’t like the jacuzzi button being so far away from the tub. There weren’t enough towels. I found a bug in the bathroom. I pulled a cigarette from behind a pillow. We were given the wrong add on package but manager fixed it.

Nice and spacious room. Clean !! Definitely liked there was a mini fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

TV had limited channels. A/C must have an energy saving mode. It kept shutting off and that would wake us up when it went on and off. They also should have more then 1 small garbage can.
