About this apartment rental
Epitomising rural charm, it's no wonder this home's location was awarded 'most beautiful farm' by the House of Lords. It's delightfully peaceful, nestled in the heart of the Devonshire countryside and within walking distance of two villages, Plymtree and Clyst Hydon. Just thirty minutes away by car, you'll find the city of Exeter and the coastal town of Sidmouth.
This newly-built home sits amidst two-hundred-and-sixty acres of glorious green pastures and private woodland that you're encouraged to explore. Situated on a working farm and living alongside a friendly brood of hens, you'll feel completely immersed in the rural lifestyle here. Awaken from restful slumbers to gently rustling leaves, birdsong and the steady hum of grazing animals in the distance.
The interior exudes rustic chic with a stylishly-furnished canvas of white walls and hardwood floors, fitted with underfloor heating and sumptuous Egyptian cotton linens for optimal comfort. We especially love the open-plan living space, where large windows usher in floods of sunlight and a lovely country-house kitchen is fully-equipped with home chefs in mind. After a rejuvenating walk through the countryside, gather around the majestic dining table with your clan and tuck into a delicious feast.
Outside is where the magic happens. Overlooking breathtaking scenery and a large, fenced garden, the furnished deck beckons you to relax in the splendour of your surroundings. Unwind between adventures in the wood-fired hot tub and spend evenings huddled around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows under the crystal-clear night sky.
