Appartamento molto curato e in pieno centro, perfetto ! Arredato con gusto
Qualche serratura era difettosa, il bagno diviso wc-lavandino e doccia un po’ scomodo ma bello lo stesso

Great location. A beautiful medieval town. We stayed over onto Sunday morning and it was lovely to sit on the terrace outside listening to the church bells.
The accommodation is spacious and the beds are very comfortable.
The entrance lobby was a bit cluttered and the stairs a challenge for me but none of these things spoilt our brief stay.

Perfect location in the old town, really well equipped clean apartment with a lovely outside terrace. The owner also owns an ex cellist restaurant approx 100 metres along the street. He was exceptionally helpful and we ate at his very good restaurant as well

This place is class right in the middle of town

It was a problem to get into the property as there are no staff due to the nature of the residence. I managed eventually to get the attention of a lady in the building who sent me to the restaurant 100m up the road to speak to a man who gave me a key and took my payment. There was a festival in the town by co-incidence and as there was no parking I had to leave my moto-cycle outside on the pavement, it was left alone by the noisy celebrations.

Difficult to find property.

Host left key at restaurant but on arrival no one was there.
Apartment was very sparsely furnished, not homely.

Lovely room and bathroom in a beautiful and clean house. Corine was a wonderful, friendly and helpful hostess who helped us by booking a restaurant table for us. Continental breakfast with Corine’s home made jams a good way to start the day. Thanks Corine, we’ll try to come again.

Great location. Nice space inside and very good shower.
Dinner at La Reserve was great. It has a connection with the apartment and is well worth a visit.
No WiFi although our phones were enough. Bit sparse inside though I loved the plants! No kettle to make tea. I misread the details for parking and we ended up in a nearby underground carpark ( Halle de Tissus) but the person who showed us the apartment was friendly and helpful. Steep stairs up so wouldn't recommend for those with mobility issues.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of town and very friendly host.
Everything was perfect!

Located very close to the centre of town.
In the evening, long after we'd arrived, the owner asked us to allow some workers into the flat at 8am the next morning. He was inflexible about doing this any later and suggested we move to another flat in the same building but this was unheated and cold. We were not happy with this unprofessional treatment.
The flat was rather old fashioned

Central location is fabulous. We had booked one room but ended up with a fully equipped apartment.

Super nice & big apartment, with a lovely terrace and right in the centre of Alençon. It has all the charm of an ancient French house (chimneys, wooden floor in some rooms, high ceilings, etc), while being kept in a very good and comfortable condition.
Its very well equipped, with all cookware you might need if you want to have lunch or dinner at the apartment, plus they also kept some nice individual portions for breakfast (coffee capsules, bread, butter, jam, Nutella, etc.) In the kitchen.
It's definitely an excellent choice if you will spend one or several nights in the town.
I liked absolutely everything. If I have to say something to be improved, there could be some gel/shampoo in the bathroom.

This is a beautiful apartment with lots of lovely features. We were warmly welcomed by the chef at La Reserve where we then had a wonderful dinner. Could not have asked for me. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

This was a beautiful find for myself and my husband. It was in a fabulous location, very central to all amenities. The hosts Carine and Stefan were friendly, gracious and could not have been more helpful. The house was beautiful, clean and airy. So happy were we with this first class accommodation, we stayed an extra night. we will definitely recommend to friends and we hope to return again soon.
