Spent the weekend celebrating in Caseville and this spot was perfect! Clean, cozy, quiet & the perfect space for everything we needed. It’s a 10 minute walk to town, right across from the county park for the entertainment/beach, and right down the road from DQ. The neighborhood was calm and quiet the entire weekend. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quick weekend getaway or for a long stay. Thanks for the hospitality Paul!! :-)

This house is located in a pleasant neighborhood in proximity to the Caseville County Park and Beach. The interior and exterlor were super clean. All the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the house and recommend it highly.

Our family (three kiddos under age 5) stayed for a long weekend and the River Cottage could not have been more ideal. It was clean and well stocked. Tons of seating options. Basically baby proof- we didn’t have to do anything out of ordinary for our crawling infant. At first I thought the laundry in the garage was strange, until I realized I could do laundry and fold it outside while my kids played. Neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic. Perfect for morning stroller walks. Kids fished off the dock and had a blast. The sandy beach is a two minute drive and was beautiful. We will be back!

Darling little cottage right on the canal. Very clean. Lots of hanging out areas, like a campfire in the backyard and lawn chairs in the garage, family room, and a screened in porch and a front area with 7 chairs for everybody to sit. Beds were very comfortable for seven people. The home was well stocked.

Enjoyed the residence. Very clean. Will reserve again for next year. Just one small oddity, the bedroom by the kitchen was humid. Other than that, just perfect. We are waiting for our security deposit back so we can reserve for next year. Thank you.

We had a great time celebrating the 4th of July. Paul was a wonderful host and responded quickly when I had a question. He also checked in to make sure we were doing ok. The place is very clean and everyone had a great time. Short distance into town was a bonus. We had a terrific time!

The check-in was rocky. Code didn't work for the main door to the house (code for garage door worked fine). attempted to contact owner. Got voicemail and left messages. Contacted VRBO, put on hold. More than an hour after the initial contact, the owner opened the front door remotely and provided a new code for the front door.
After that, the rest of the stay was good. The house was clean and well supplied.

Overall we had a wonderful time and would like to stay again next year at your place a week before deer hunting season. You have a wonderful place.
