The property was convenient and clean but very uncomfortable.

Both my wife and I found the bed to be extremely uncomfortable, and we both woke with bad backache. This was the reason we did not return to the property on the saturday night. We couldnt face another night in that bed. Another strange thing was that there was a lovely big built in wardbrobe which was completely useless as there were no shelves or clothes hangers.

Dissapointed with a new build how the windows woukdnt lock and we’re broke before arrival and weren’t fixed

The big window doors didn’t work so noise at night time came through whilst trying to sleep so kept me away as was unable to close them as they would not lock

Long weekend stay

Location of property was just as we expected. Clean and with all the necessary amenities needed for our stay.

We struggled with access to hot water on one of the mornings. But it was just that the hot water tank hadn't filled up overnight. The bed wasn't comfortable, I felt it dipping to one side. Also, just small touches in the bedroom which would have been nice to have such as clothes hangers, an area to place cosmetic stuff as no dresser.

ENTRY REFUSED

Agreed to take all the money on my arrival, but on the phone entry was refused , saying I had not paid a deposit. This was not the agreement. On my return home, I discovered all the money had in fact ben deducted from my account on my date of arrival at the site. It appears that the person I spoke to ,on my arrival, was not aware of the circumstances. Being that all the money was deducted from my account, entry should have given. A full refund must be made to correct their gross error. Please investigate fully and report back to me. Sincerely, Geoff Young.

It was a lovely stay overall and I’d go back again anytime.

It was a beautiful, modern apartment with all the Amenities. Loved having tea bags for my morning tea and a kettle that worked beautifully. Also, the tub was amazing!

A book on hand for little details like the wifi code and perhaps some hangers would’ve been nice.

Immaculate flat ith good facilities in a great location.

Great location and good local amenities. The apartment was immaculate with every facility and the bed was very comfortable! Great bath and kitchen facilities.

We like the the apartment lots of space modern comfy very clean. We also liked that keys could be found in lockbox as we didnt have to wait on anyone dropping them off to us .

The hot water wasnt hot enough for long we tried a couple of times to run a bath and it ran cold after about two minutes each time which wasnt good the tv had no channels as there was no signal so had to watch netflix for three days and also the heating wasnt too good as could only put it on for 4 hours at a timeand woke up freezing.

To be honest nothing really we liked

I have endless things. Mould in wardrobe Dirty cutlery plates glasses Heating did not work Not enough hot water Have emailed and phoned no response I could go on but I want a reply from my email and photos I have sent

The property was brand new and furnished nicely. A problem with WiFi was sorted efficiently.

Annoying and time-consuming problems did not allow relaxation - But exemplary reactions after trip

My bad rating results from a series of annoying experiences I made with this reservation. In short: o wrong access code for key box, o disintegrated fob (electronic device for door opening), o totally jammed fire door, o open freezer door with massive ice production, o very limited view out of the windows (close-by wall), o close-by busy road, o need to send copies of identity papers and of credit card, o confusing reservation structure with two agent companies and one booking supplier, non of them on-site or close-by, preventing problems to be solved quickly. After our trip, the British agent company Primero, which was my contact in the UK, apologized deeply for the problems my wife and had experienced and proposed to set up better procedures to avoid something similar in the future. We agreed that in situations like this, it would be advantageous to have a contact person close to the site or someone knowing personally about the site specifics. The exchange after the trip was very friendly and open, and I got the impression that the views of cutomers really matter to them and that they are open to make necessary changes in their processes.

Lovely apartment, would defo stay again, highly recommend!

The apartment was really lovely decorated and fresh, really lovely space to be in. Was great to have some private outdoor space also.

A little loud next to the road if you have the windows open but wouldn’t put me off booking again
