Very nice cabins! It was great getting back home to the mountains it what I miss the most. My son’s girlfriend mentioned it would be nice to have a floor length mirror in the bedroom or bathroom. Great location close to parkway grocery Steve and I went to school together. Keep up the good work

We decided to rent a cabin in Townsend, TN as a recommendation from my mom who lives in a nearby town, and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
The cabin was everything we needed! I love how well it is situated giving each small group their own space. My younger kids had the loft, which they loved. My older daughter & her husband had the queen bedroom on the main level and my husband & I took the downstairs king room.
The location was AMAZING! Everything we needed was within 10-15 minutes away.
We enjoyed golfing at the local golf course (9 mins away), horseback riding (7 mins away), and multiple days on the river.
A lot of locals will tell you the "Wye" is where to go, but I disagree. Once you get past the Wye, there are a ton of turn offs along the river where we found amazing little spots to hang out. We hiked to this waterfall that was beyond beautiful. We found another spot that had a rope swing, a rock for kids to jump off of and a little waterfall.
We also spent a day in Pigeon Forge for some go-karting (that was about 30-40 mins away).
I was not ready to leave, I felt like there was so much more to see and do but we didn't have enough time.
We will definitely be doing this again and will 100% be returning to this cabin!
Thank you Jared and Molly for your beautiful place and being such amazing hosts!

Location was perfect for a quiet stay in Townsend! Property was extremely clean and spread out so our family of 4 could have space. It was bigger then expected. Beds were very comfortable.

We loved everything about the cabin. We had everything we needed, and the hosts even messaged us to see if we needed anything else. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels soft, not scratchy. The location was convenient to all areas of interest in Townsend, and close to Cade's Cove. We enjoyed watching the rabbits in the yard and the fireflies at night. We would definitely stay here again.

My sister, our husbands and I had an amazing experience staying in this cabin in Townsend, TN! We loved the warm hospitality of our hosts, location, cleanliness, comfort, and great amenities of the cabin (including the best beds we have ever found away from our own homes).
Our fun in Cades Cove, with its abundance of wildlife sightings, hikes, waterfalls, and horseback riding added to the allure of this location. We counted 66 bears, including several sets of triplets and a set of quads; 3 coyotes; deer; and a ton of turkeys - one all white (our first). GSMNP offers so much natural beauty. It was a perfect getaway for the nature lover in all four of us.

Perfect for a quick trip to GSM/meet-up with family in the area. Cabin is family-friendly and equipped with everything you would need. Close to grocery, gas and restaurants and 10 minutes from the hiking trails within Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The owners provided excellent communication leading up to our stay and cabin had ample information inside. We’ll be back!

We took a family trip to Townsend to visit the Smokies for the first time and could not have been more happy with our lodging! The cabin is so beautiful and impeccably clean! The pictures do not do justice.
The host and hostess are great with communication, the check in process was simple, and the location is great. The hosts went over and beyond. We will stay here again!

Great location, very clean. The host was very nice. Driveway was big enough for a small trailer. We will be booking this one again

The property was just as described and the photos were very accurate. It's in a great location if you want to be on the "peaceful" side of the Smokies! It's a 30 minute ride over to Pigeon Forge and you will appreciate the quietness of Townsend. You can actually walk to several breakfast, lunch and dinner places with easy access to the walking trail.
Super easy check-in - key code sent the day before arrival so just drove up to the property and got in! Also super-easy check out.
We had an issue with the exterior light not turning on and the owner themselves reached out immediately and solved the problem. Would definitely stay here again. (Note: there is also an exact replica of this cabin next door, so both I'm sure are great).

We loved the cabin. Liked that it was a few minutes from everything around the park. I liked the fact it was right off the main highway, but still felt like a cabin in the woods. We choose this cabin because we were visiting our son who lives in Maryville, so it was a close drive to them. While here the grandkids went skating in Knoxville, went to Dollywood and Cades Cove and took a scenic drive thru the mountains. I’m hoping to have another opportunity to stay here again. The girls loved that they had their own space in the loft. We had our privacy in the basement and my daughter in her own room on the main floor. Great place to stay for a family.

This cabin was perfect for my family! It was clean and very spacious. They even put children dishes in the kitchen for my little ones! MORE THAN SATISFIED! I could do this all over again!

New cabin. Nicely furnished with much thought — nightlights, charging stations, games, popcorn. Lots of nice touches with a real mountain vibe!

2 couples traveled to the area to watch Texas A&M vs. Tennessee football in Knoxville. We made Townsend our headquarters. Other than the outcome of the game, we loved our visit to Eastern Tennessee and the National Park. The cabin was very clean, decorated so cute for fall, we had everything we needed and the owners were easy to work with. We didn’t have a single complaint and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect cabin for a family, with a loft for the kids, bedrooms on the main and lower floors, and plenty of room inside (and on the decks) for the family to gather or spend quiet time. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. Just a great cabin in a great location.

This was the perfect cabin for our family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Location was great. Quiet side of the smokies. Cabin was very clean and had all the extras you might forget. Plenty of room. Loved our stay here and will definitely book here again for our next visit to the smokies.

The location was great. The description of the property was very accurate. The cabin was clean and had plenty of room. The only downside was one bed sagged in the middle.

We enjoyed our time at this cabin. The location was very convenient and the cabin was super clean. The kids loved the loft, and all the games and books available. The owners thought of everything to provide this cabin with all the comforts of home. Will definitely stay here again.

This cabin is well appointed and easy to access. If you are interested in a more quiet area of GSM national park. The drive to Cades Cove area is 20 min. Some of the other trailheads were further away but all were an easy drive. The cabin is very pretty and would be great for two couples. There is a loft with an additional twin beds but we did not use this area. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a gas grill and two nice outdoor seating areas. There is a grocery store nearby. I would stay again. The owners were easy to work with.

Everything about this cabin is wonderful. The location is fantastic whether you’re going around the corner for an event at Cooper’s Cove(literally a 2 minute drive), or if you’re looking for a quiet place away from the busy touristy areas of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg it was a very easy and short drive to visit either town(took us 25 minutes to get to Pigeon Forge. The inside of the cabin was very clean, plenty of room for 2 couples and our daughters. The downstairs suite is really nice it felt like we were there alone even with noise upstairs. The owners are very responsive we had an issue with the internet and Jared was very prompt in responding and had the internet back up and fixed within an hour outside of that there were zero issues . We will definitely stay here again.

My family loved staying at this cabin. Fully adequate to comfortably sleep our whole family. Two bathrooms was really nice as we’re used to that at home. The area was peaceful and quiet but very easy to get to the National park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The property owners were kind and courteous and checked in for feedback to ensure they provide the best experience possible. We absolutely loved it here and should we ever return to the area, we would absolutely stay here again.

This was hands down the best air B&B we’ve ever stayed in! It was super clean and very organized. The owners were very good communicating. I must also say that the craftsmanship of this home is the BEST I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much! And I hope we make there again!

We normally stay in the Pigeon Forge area at least twice a year, and this was easily the cleanest cabin we’ve ever stayed at. We love the location, because it’s away from the crowds, but close enough to drive to everything. We love going to Cade’s Cove, and this cabin is a very easy drive to get there. We highly recommend this host, and we’ll definitely be staying here again.

This property was perfect for our family get awayI It sits close to the road so it's not hard to get to, and the cabin is adorable!!! It was extremely clean which is an unusual find. The bedding was actual sheets and blankets, which were so soft! Not oversized hotel bleached and starched linens! There are so many board games in the cabin. My family actually sat down at night and played together. Townsend is so quiet and is centrally located between Maryville and Pigeon Forge that we could go either direction for groceries or something to do! The host, Molly, checked in with us several times over our stay to make sure everything was good and that we weren't having any issues. We truly had an awesome time in the area and will be staying there again!!!
