Wonderful experience overall!

The apartment was modern and stylish, as pictured, location was great. Also, electronic locks were pretty cool - we didn’t even use the key, very convenient. Location was also amazing- few steps away from the bus stop, grocery stores,restaurants and the beach. At the end when we checked out and had 5 hours before our flight, we used the luggage storage at the property, so we were worry free about our bags and spent this time on the beach!

Some tiny details like sofa mattress was covered with body fluid stains. There was a dust on the shelves and dirt in the bathroom corners. No replacement of the towels and toilet paper.

Apartam.bonito,cómodo,ubicacion centrica,planta baja con muchos complementos,ropa cama,detalles, y utensilios para cocinar..cama muy cómoda. Baño completo,limpio..Todo perfecto!!.seguro que repetiremos.

Lovely Stay

Very nice stay at Balisse. Everything was according to the description. Easy check-in and check-out with access codes and key box. Very responsive and helpful help from the landlord by message if you need it. Cleaned Apartment, decoration is really lovely. Wifi if working perfectly. I would recommend it

Very good

Location. Friendly and responsive staff (they replaced our cloth hanger as the one in the property was broken). Air conditioner had a leak, they change the vent but we still had some drops falling. Nothing too bad for a week stay, but that must be fixed for the coming visitors.

Not something bad in itself, but the bathroom location was funny. We had to go through it to get to the bedroom. Not difficult for us as we were a family, but two couples using the property would feel weird probably.

The worst experience ever

We arrived around one hour past check-in time. We followed the instructions from the message received but the keybox next to the apartment was empty and the code was not working. We messaged the admin numerous times - no reply, nobody picked up the phone. We stayed outside around an hour until we managed to get in contact, and this happened only with the help of the lady from icecream shop next door who knew the person running the place. We were told that our room is taken and received another message with instructions. We went to another room, got inside and were welcomed by pile of trash, bed linens and towels on the floor. Called them again. They said they will send a cleaning team in a few hours and we should just go eat somewhere, whats the problem. We couldn’t wait, asked to give us another room. Now they told us they never received our reservation (even though we paid in advance and had prior communication about parking, etc). After a long discussion we managed to get into alternative room which was far away from what we paid for, way smaller, without a terrace, studio type. We were promised to be reimbursed for the first night and the next day to get our original apartment. The next day we got into our place and here communication stops again. The terrace was flooded with water, i wrote them - zero response. We fixed and cleaned it ourselves. A day before check out they sent me a reminder to pay city tax. I brought up the agreement to reimburse us for the first day and guess what - silence. Disgusting experience, never had such a horrible communication and treatment, would never come back. Avoid this place and don’t get tricked by pretty interior pictures. These people have no interest to help you with any issues you face. Also the AC was leaking and place had cockroaches! 🤮

Not accurate description- I was sold a product that does that match the description and more…

- [ ] No safe - had to take all my cash passports and electronic devices with me when I exit’d the apartment each time. Which was not convenient. - [ ] Last night of stay AC was leaking water and was no longer blowing cold air - [ ] Pictures don’t match. I paid for a garden view there is no garden view you walk outside onto a public path on the street - [ ] Very loud night life fireworks and fire crackers going off right outside the apartment on the weekend up until 5am in the morning one night firecrackers where going off right outside the apartment door and we had to ask the people lighting them to stop so that we could enter the apartment without being harmed. - [ ] No where to dry the dishes so had to leave the dishes on a towel from the bathroom. - [ ] No room service or cleaning service included in the cost. We had to pay extra for these facilities. - [ ] There is no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen - [ ] There is a washing machine yet only one washing machine gel tablet meaning we had to go and buy a box of tablets - [ ] There was only two role of tissue paper in the toilet note there where two women staying here for 6-7 days - [ ] Not enough pillows or blankets available - [ ] No salt or pepper shaker. - [ ] On booking.com the parking is listed as €10 per day but it’s actually €12 per day but in an email I found it stated it’s €15 per day. Seems like she charges what ever she wants on the day. - [ ] In (common areas) on booking.com it states garden and terrace which we had neither. Only an entrance onto the public side walk also there are no windows in this apartment. - [ ] At first we where led to the apartment blocks that accurately describes the photos yet we where told after calling the owner on XXXX that the apartment we are staying in is at a different address and location leading us astray from what we thought we purchased for the week taking up elsewhere!

you can hear the airplanes, but this is something to expact considering that it is 15 min drive to the airport.

Very convenient location – close to the sea and local shops & restaurants. Nicely fitted and clean apartment, easy check-in and checkout.

Communication with the host could have been better. They were very verbose before check-in (via an automated message I suppose), but when we had issues, they never answered our questions we sent via the Booking.com app. Some questions were important – related to the security of the apartment. Also, if you're traveling with children, bear in mind that the foldable sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable. It's not really flat and you can feel the hard frame when lying on it. The apartment is better suited for a couple.

Great accommodation

Had a wonderful stay in Castelldefels. Quick and good contact with the host and the apartment was spotless. Good, fast internet connection and apartment is fully equipped. All the kitchenware you need is there. Very noisy though, both neighbors and upstairs neighbors (running children for example). Parking in the evening can really be a problem. The whole neighborhood is then full. Despite that, I would definitely like to come back here.
