I didn't really "like" anything. The sheets were nice.
Rooms need thorough cleaning: floors, corners, baseboards. The nightstand and desk weren't wiped down. I had to go out and buy paper towels and surface cleaner to clean. PLEASE CLEAN MOLD BETWEEN THE ADJOINING DOORS!

I went out and bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned everything as I felt cleaning was sub par. Rooms needs attention to the baseboards corners and walls as they are dirty and moldy. Mold between the adjoining doors must be cleaned.

It was relatively clean.
They take a deposit and it can take a couple of weeks before it's in your account again. It's a motel with doors facing I-95, which wasn't obvious from the pictures. Lots of truckers hanging out outside the doors and in the parking lot, which made me and my family feel unsafe.

Whoever follow this concept is a genius. I’m a senior citizen traveling with a pet not looking for luxury fixtures just a TV and the three Sss…sleep s..t,and shower!!Perkins was the cherry.
That you’re not already a national chain as a matter fact I want to invest…get families on the road again …add charging stations

I like the close proximity to the highway. When we arrived we noticed that our ceiling was leaking. Instead of moving us the attendant told us we would have to talk to someone in the morning. We then talked to an attendant, Erica, who stated she would notify the manager on our situation. She was awesome!
The leaking ceilings, no Internet, the TVs didn't work, the breakfast was just cereal and fruit. I still haven't been contacted by management in regards to my stay even though I left my number.

The room smelled clean and bed was clean. Appreciated the three towel etc since we were a family of three.
There was no sign for hotel. It was very hard to find and took 5 times to get someone on phone then they were no help. Very noisy and no hot water.

LA DUCHA ERA MUY CÓMODA Y SALÍA EL AGUA BIEN, LA PARTE MALA ES QUE EL LAVABO ESTABA FUERA Y NO TENÍA ESPEJO ENCIMA, POR LO QUE ERA INCÓMODO PEINARSE O AFEITARSE, ETC, TAMPOCO HABIA NADA PARA PONER EL NECESER HABÍA QUE DEJARLO EN EL SUELO.
EL DESAYUNO, SOLO CAFÉ Y GALLETAS ENVUELTAS, CON QUE PONGAN UN POCO DE ZUMO Y UNAS TOSTADAS YA ESTARÍA BIEN. HAY UN POCO DE RUIDO POR LA CERCANÍA DE LA CARRETERA Y DE UNA HABITACIÓN A OTRA TAMBIÉN SE OYE TODO.

Katastrophales Frühstück, kein Brot oder Toast, kein O-saft, nur abgepackte Süssteilchen.
Zimmer schmutzig, kein Zimmerservice. Als wir Abends zurück kamen, war das Zimmer unangetastet.

Website states that the pet fee is $5. When we got to the location the rude front desk person (Erica), stated that the fee was $50. When I asked here where it was written they the fee was 50 she pointed to a sign. I don’t think she ever read it because now where on the sign did it say the fee was $50. They also insisted on a $100 deposit, that would supposedly be refunded after our stay!!! When I asked to talk to the manager, she refused and then canceled my reservation! We went to a different hotel and called booking.com to let them know. Thank god we got a refund. Beware hotel does not look like the pictures on the website and they use bait and switch tactics with a very rude front desk person.

The stay was relatively cheap (at least compared to other similar options in similar locations)
* There was barely any hot water (we had to leave the water running for about 15 minutes until the temperature reached a point where it was barely possible to shower)
* The tap water had a very funky smell
* The breakfast was abysmal - no fresh food at all, only stuff like packaged cereal bars, buns and pop tarts. Additionally, there were packets of oatmeal that require a microwave to prepare, but there was no microwave in the breakfast area
* The walls were paper thin - we could clearly hear our neighbors listening to music (even though the music itself wasn't loud at all)

I got charged for booking and never got to stay at the room because of the lobby being closed when I got there so I had to travel back to Augusta, Ga

Absolutely NOTHING!!!
The grounds are hideous! The water in the pool is literally BLACK!! Thank goodness it is closed! Overgrown and need LOTS of work! The hotel sign is completely broken out! The bathroom in our room was NASTY! Try feces stuck on the wall with toilet paper stuck to it! We got two towels and 2 washcloths and a note in our room if you ask for room cleaning or more towels, it will be an added $20.00 to your bill! Finally, the photographs on the website says “Breakfast Included” with pictures of yummy looking food! Okay, so you get packs of instant oatmeal and pre packaged pastries with no way to heat anything up. The front desk staff today at checkout were more concerned about making their coffee and grabbing their food rather than attending to the customers checking out! BEWARE!!! This property is NOT as it is advertised!

The bed was comfortable and the shower was one that rains down on you
The desk clerk the morning I left could not speak or understand English. There were only 2 staff members that could speak English. I don’t speak Spanish so there was definitely a language barrier. That same desk clerk was also extremely rude. I would Not recommend staying there to anyone

We had a very short stay, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well decorated. We had breakfast at the restaurant which also had a friendly staff and yummy food. The robot art was very cool!
The only complaint we had wasn't something the hotel could help. It was the noise from the interstate that we could hear all night. But again, nothing that is under the control of the hotel.

"Regrettably, Nothing Positive to Report"
During my stay at the property, I found myself hard-pressed to pinpoint any aspect of the experience that met, let alone exceeded, my expectations. From the onset, the issues we encountered overshadowed any potential positives that could have been appreciated. The promise of a pleasant and comfortable stay was marred by the numerous shortcomings we faced, leaving us with a thoroughly disappointing experience. It's disheartening to leave a review devoid of commendation, but honesty compels me to report that there was not a single redeeming feature that could salvage our stay.
"A Disappointing Experience with No Redeeming Qualities"
My stay at the property was, regrettably, marked by a series of disappointments that left me with nothing positive to report. From the outset, the service failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. The room, which was one of the most critical aspects of my stay, was far below expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Amenities, which can often serve to enhance a guest's experience, were either lacking or did not meet the standard one would expect.
Moreover, the location, which could have been the property's saving grace, offered no respite from the overall lackluster experience. It neither provided convenience nor an escape from the myriad issues encountered on-site. The staff, who could have made a difference with attentive and responsive service, seemed indifferent to guest satisfaction, further compounding the disappointment.

Sebastian at the desk was great. The breakfast gal did a nice job.
The base of the bed frame extended about 4 inches from the mattress. I cut my leg on it when going around the corner. There was no grab bar in the shower and it was a challenge to get in and out……accident waiting to happen.

Tried to reach the front desk for 45 minutes. Finally walked up there. No one was around. When someone finally showed up, she said she had to go down to a room. I said you should’ve left some type of note on the desk to let your clients know where you were., she was Fairly rude. No instructions on how to use the TV remote.

The grounds are clean, rooms are clean, water pressure is great, staff was very nice, personable, friendly. Didn’t have any problems.

Not many available outlets in the room (there was 3) & zero USB’s. Not all are easily accessible.

You have to drive in & through the Hardees parking lot to get to this motel, took a few min to figure that one out.

Didn’t go on weds. Over all most of that stuff is small brands to me, but folks wanna know what to expect- here it is.
I’d stay here again just because it’s clean- and the front desk lady is awesome (1&2 shift lady is the same) but I’d be more prepared next time.

It was clean and the room was easily accessible for my wife who is in a wheelchair.
The property itself was fine as well as the staff. However, I was very upset that I had to pay an additional fee for having pets. When I initially booked the room I was only notified of the $10 per stay fee for pets. When I arrived I was told there was an additional $50 fee. This surprise charge is unacceptable and I will not use booking.com in the future because of this.
