I enjoyed my stay at Suzi's! Everything was clean and directions were simple and laid back. Her dogs were great. They greeted me every time i came back to the property. Great views and great mountain air. Highly recommend!!!

We loved the scenery, quiet, and somewhat remote location. Cute downtown with great burgers and bourbon. Host is very pleasant and always responsive. Her dogs are adorable -- they liked hanging with us while we enjoyed coffee on the patio but weren't overbearing at the same time. We will certainly be back. Great price too!

The property was remote but within a half hour of the winery we wanted to visit. It was a great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Our host was super nice and the furnishings were clean and comfortable. We also loved how dog friendly it is and our grand dog loved running around with the host’s three dogs. We will be going back!

Suzy was very welcoming and hospitable. She made sure we were comfortable by giving us all the necessary info before hand so we knew what to expect. Her place is warm and cozy, perfect for folks who want to connect with nature. Our dog got the best welcome from her very friendly pups. We found the overall energy in her place to be very positive.

We had a wonderful, way-too-brief stay with Suzy and her sweet pups. The suite had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Suzy was available and welcoming, but also gave us plenty of space. We hope to come stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights to attend an Expo nearby. My 2 dogs were there with us and they also enjoyed the property and their new pack friends. The dogs on the property were very friendly and well-behaved. The living space had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We got in late, but directions were good, light came on for us, key code worked. We watched tv and went to sleep in a comfortable bed. The place was immaculately clean. Owner was very pleasant. Overall A+++!

The property, location, price and especially the hostess was out of this world. We cannot wait to go back. We would highly recommend this stop to everyone in the vicinity. I couldn't have been in a better place. My first solo trip since my husband passed. It was cozy and stress free. Exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely go back and if you're looking for a great secluded place check this one out.

After a busy hectic day, it was very nice to retreat to Susanna's farmhouse apartment. It was very comfortable with everything that we needed. We were traveling with our pup who has special needs and Susanna was very helpful in making sure we could walk her at times when her dogs were inside. We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The stars at night were spectacular!

The property was perfect for all our needs. Our dog loved the freedom of roaming unrestrained with local pups. We enjoyed a long walk along neighboring gravel drive to the top of a mountain with a beautiful view. The owner, Suzy, gave us a personal tour of a historic renovated cabin on her property and made sure we had everything we needed. The basement apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were able to access internet and TV streaming. There is only one sink between the kitchen and bathroom, but it is large and works out well. Local restaurants we tried, Mountain Mamas and Vito’s were very good. Food Lion is a 15 minute ride away. We had fun visiting Lou’s antique Mall and Mill Creek Lake. We would be excited to visit again!

We stopped in on a brief stay as we were traveling. What a great spot! Comfortable spot, amazing bedding, great host, beautiful environment. Wish we could have stayed longer. It’s even cuter in person. Loved the fresh flowers, comfortable bed, music fan references, and personal touches. Oh and the resident dogs! Hope we’ll have a reason stay here again. It’s top notch. Thanks again.

We enjoyed an amazing weekend at Suzy’s place. Immaculate. Tastefully decorated. Well stocked with everything you need and more. Enjoyed a game of checkers for the first time in years. Never knew there were 4 dogs there until they came around each morning for their check in to receive pets and be made over. Remi did strong work herding us in and out the driveway and alerting Suzy to someone arriving or leaving. The best part - hearing a Whippoorwill - which brought back childhood memories growing up on our farms. Suzy graciously shared area history and a tour and history of her cabin. She’s a delight. We love the area and will most definitely stay with Suzy again.

We loved saying at this beautiful farm property. The guest was more than accommodating! She was very friendly and even gave us a tour of the cabin and gave us the history. Her dogs were extremely friends to both of us humans as well as our dog, Lily. There was plenty of room to walk around and have plenty of privacy. It was very quiet in the evenings, just listening to nature. We highly recommend this place and look forward to another trip!

Cozy, beautiful, and natural. Cozy little house, beautiful view(especially on a clear star night), and miles of natural landscape. Rural and rich with life. Enjoyed our little get away. Loved our furry company and greeting committee too throughout our stay. 10/10 and would stay again. *I have small children, as warned this place isnt baby proof. However, my son had no issues. Especially when the sweet dogs were around. For the youngest who's nearly two, we made sure we brought favorite toys for entertainment, but with the TV and wifi accessibility we were right at home.

What a wonderful property to enjoy the peace and stillness of the mountains! Our place had everything we needed to relax and unplug. Suzy is a fabulous host and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed an evening on the patio talking and just taking in all that the mountains had to offer.

We were looking for a reasonably priced peaceful cute place where we could relax and cook our own meals - we found all this and more @ Suzi's! Host has beautiful setting off the beaten path. There is everything needed for the kitchen, great bed, washer and dryer, comfy furniture. There is no sink in the kitchen area, but easily accessible around the corner near the shower unit is a sink set up for dish washing. We enjoyed the dogs and cats that welcomed us with their attention and affection. For those non-pet people the four legged visitors were respectful of our clean inside space. Good communication from warm friendly on-site host. Def recommend! Thanks Suzi!

Peaceful and private, a great escape when you're trying to unplug and unwind. Suzy was very communicative and assured we had a pleasant stay. Great outdoor space: grill and a firepit! We had a very nice stay.
