This contemporary and luxury 3-bedroom 5th floor apartment offers an impressive ocean view and is located only 5 min walking distance from the main beach and the town center. Fully equipped, with a very comfortable size, amazing terraces, and fast internet speed, all has been designed for the guests to have dream vacations and perfect online working condition. The condo has 24h security, parking, Gym and a fabulous pool.

Layout
The 2000 Sq. Foot apartment features a beautifully decorated living room with a big flat TV, a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, comfortable terraces with ocean view, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The Master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, its private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and bath tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single-size bed with a private terrasse, a bathroom and a closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full-size beds and a terrasse. The apartment has A/C in every room and comfortably fits 7 guests.

Essential & Amenities
The apartment is fully renovated and decorated in an modern art style. All the bedsheets, towels, pillows and house appliances are brandnew and of superior quality. The condominium amenities include 24h security (with guards and cameras), indoor parking, elevator, pool and rancho areas, a comfortable pergola with a barbecue, outdoor kitchen, TV, dining space, a gym, bathrooms and shower. All the guests have access to the gym and the pool.

Access
The apartment is ideally located 5 mins walking distance from Tamarindo beach and downtown. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores the guests can enjoy without using transportation. For tennis and pickleball lovers, the condominium is right next to the Tennis and Pickleball Club of Tamarindo. For surfers, the condominium is at few steps from Tamarindo's main surf break. Don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations!

We enjoyed our stay at La Perla with my wife and two adult children. The Accommodations were excellent! Very clean and spacious, great view, great location and great host! The grounds were secure and a 24 hour guard, quiet, and convenient to all the activity and beaches. I will definitely re-book here at La Perla if I come Back to Tamarindo!

We had 3 couples stay here to celebrate two birthdays. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We probably spent most of our time on the patio when we were at the condo. It has an incredible view and the breeze was lovely. The property management company was always very quick to respond which was even more appreciated when we were on location. They arranged airport transfers, had 2 birthday cakes delivered, and also arranged a sunset catamaran cruise. The condo is located off a dusty road so we ubered into town a couple times to avoid getting dusty when we were more dressed up, but for the most part, we walked into town. The location was perfect, and the nearby beach was beautiful. The pool at the condo was quite large and very serene. We all loved the tile in the pool. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this condo again. I'll also look into other properties managed by this company. Highly recommend this stay.

We had our family of all adults and it was perfect! Beautiful like the pictures showed and well stocked. We had a problem with the air conditioner that they say never happens and they fixed it for us. Very accommodating and very helpful with all the concierge services and transports and any question we had. Quick to respond! Views were amazing! Pool was beautiful! And was very close to all the restaurants, stores, and beach. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!!

We had an incredible 7-day vacation in Costa Rica with this Tamarindo condo as our home base. This is a fabulous condo, very spacious, comfortable, clean, and luxuriously furnished and decorated, including some great art. Located on the 5th floor with a great view of the beach and surrounding vegetation. It has 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths. The primary bathroom has double sinks, a large shower, and a large tub. The condo has dual AC/heating units. Amenities include a pool, gym, free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV, and full-sized clothes washer & dryer. Full-time security is on the property. Walking distance to the beach, surfing, beach bars/restaurants, shopping, and markets. Take the time to enjoy the great sunsets and evening fire dance shows at several of the beach restaurants just a short distance from the condo. Property manager, Elodie, provided lots of useful information about tours, excursions, and transportation options. She is very responsive. The best method to communicate with anyone in Tamarindo, or back home, is using WhatsApp for Wi-Fi calls and text messages. Free Wi-Fi was available everywhere we went in Tamarindo. We chose to get a rental car for transportation to/from the airport and getting around town. We wished we had instead used the service offered by Elodie for airport transportation and rented a golf cart for in-town. Would have been much easier to get around the narrow streets in Tamarindo and find places to park. If you choose to use a rental car, make sure you have international cellular service and a navigation App such as Google Maps or Waze. Absolutely recommend this condo and looking forward to returning. Pura Vida!

This is a lovely property within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, markets and downtown Tamarindo. Our trip to Costa Rica was just perfect, in large part thanks to our great location and the help of the property manager, Elodie, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. We wanted a tour--she booked it; luggage didn't arrive--she got it delivered same day; we had a question--she had an answer, no matter the time of day or evening. The views from the apt were spectacular--beach and mountains both. Very spacious and with all the amenities. When we go back, we're going here again!

This is a prime location for surfing, restaurants, shopping, and just hanging at the beach. We booked the first 2 days of our trip at a location directly on the beach and really wished we had stayed here the whole time. It's super convenient to everything and much nicer than the other place we stayed. Many of the best restaurants and some of the Best places on the beach are just a short walk from this place. The Balcony was amazing for morning coffee and the view of an amazing sunset at night. This place is just enough off the street that it's quiet and relaxing yet close enough to everything you want to do. I can't say enough about the size, cleanliness and how luxurious this place actually is. If you want some fun beach time during the day but like quiet, comfortable and roomy at night, this is the place. Thanks for taking great care of us. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely LOVED this experience!! This place would be great for a month or a week, hope to get back to this rental SOON! What a perfect condo and vibe. This place has it all: comfy beds, astounding views, stocked kitchen with a short stroll to the beach and town center. We played on the beach and enjoyed the pool, soaking in EVERYTHING Tamarindo had to offer. Coffee on the 300 degree fifth floor patio was devine only bested by evening happy hours with the sunsets! Elodie is a super host too, great tours and communication. Next trip we hope to stay a few weeks and will definitely get a golf cart. It's quiet but close... NAILED IT :)
