Florida cottage style home located in the heart of Port St. Joe and just 1/2 block to St. Joe Bay! The kitchen has everything you need to cook your catch including two ceramic grills and a blackstone on the covered patio. Fully fenced back yard for your pets to enjoy and stay safe. The drive way is large enough for up to 4 vehicles or can accommodate off shore sized boats and a vehicle. If going out is more your style, everything in town is walking distance.

This property is a great place to stay in Port St Joe. Walking distance to everything. Pet Friendly and perfectly laid out for pets. My wife and I enjoyed staying here with our 8 year old Golden Retriever. Highly recommend if you are looking for something in the area. We will definitely be coming back soon.

The place was just what we wanted but the host is by far the best we have stayed with, the place was really clean and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the back patio was really nice to relax on especially hearing the rain on the roof. You can't find another place that is so conveniently located, you can walk to everything in town and the property has plenty of parking. I will definitely be staying again, like I said the host was best we have encountered, she keeps the place clean and is very helpful, they even put me on one of their fishing spots that produced a decent red.

We had a great time at the home and it fit our needs perfectly! We truly enjoyed the location to downtown and the covered back patio with Cornhole and Jenga! It took us a minute to figure out some meals without having an oven or standard microwave, but there were so many other options that it wasn't a problem!

Had a wonderful stay at PCJ. Lacey was a excellent host. Her communication with us was great. The house was in a perfect location and had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed walking to the bay to see the beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed the front porch with the swing also. Thanks againLacey

This home was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to everything else! Cozy, relaxing and everything you should need for your stay.

Everything was perfect! Thank you Lacye. The fenced in backyard was perfect for both K9s and humans. The location was superb and I enjoyed reading your backstory about the property. We had a fantastic time bowfishing. We enjoyed the sea turtle conservatory too. Thank you for letting us stay at your awesome Sea-Esta.

Nicely renovated cottage home in PERFECT location for enjoying Port St. Joe. Owner very accessible, friendly, and responsive. Home is easy walking distance to St. Joseph Bay, downtown restaurants, shopping. Having bicycles available was also a big plus! Our Mini Schnauzer loved the fenced in yard as well. Would highly recommend Sea Esta!

Have you ever visited an area and thought-I could live here? This rental adds to that feeling. Loved the location. House was very clean and had so many touches that made you feel at home. Great downtown area! We will definitely rent again!

new favorite place to stay at in port st joe. the property was so nice, everything was clean and above our expectations. the dogs could play bc of the fenced in back yard. the host was able to be reached and responded quickly and was so nice and helpful. 10/10 for sure, we will be back!
