Petit déjeuner sympa mais les oeufs , saucisses et bacon de mauvaises qualité..

La literie, le petit bureau de travail et le chauffage d'appoint électrique.

Le bruit car mal insonorisé, la plaque d'aspiration qui tient pas dans la sdb ( chambre 215) , le rideau de douche peu efficace,le chauffage principal trop bruillant.

L’emplacement facile à trouver et une super literie

Ménage pas super toile d’araignée dans angles de la pièce surtout près du lit Verre sale dans salle de bain Bruit extérieur désagréable (comme un claquement de porte) je précise qu’il y avait du vent ce jour là

Chambre 14 : RDC - moisissure sur les murs, au niveau des fenêtres. - Eau chaude puis eau froide pendant la douche. - Pas du tout insonorisé. ( bruit de couloir )

Pas utilisé le petit déjeuner.

Accueil pas très cordial. On m a dit à l arrivee que je pouvais aussi bien aller au rez de chaussée avdc ma chienne( la réceptionniste s était trompée lors de la confirmation et avait dû ressaisir min mot de passe0. Le lendemain j ai demandé si on pouvait me prêter un grattoir pour le givre sur ma voiture. On m à répondu que non, utilisez une carte de fidélité et pas d au revoir, donc très moyen pour l accueil.

Séjour agréable avec des découvertes historiques et pittoresques dans le Vaucluse.

La situation géographique et le parking gratuit , l’accueil et les échanges très sympathiques avec le personnel , le buffet petit déjeuner varié et copieux , le calme de l’hôtel .

Excellent croissants

The staff only speaks French, which was a problem at times. The rooms were not cleaned regularly, it happened that they only tightened our sheets but did not change the towels and did not empty the bins. Considering the price of the accommodation, the service could have been better

I missed the bacon but all are great!

When I arrived, the receptionist was cordial and attentive. The room was spacious but the toilet has a stuffy smell. It would be nicer to have some charcoal deodorizer or air freshener in there. I added the buffet breakfast in my booking but the coffee machine doesn't serve other kinds of coffee except the basic blacks, with no milk. Plus, there aren't any bottled waters in the vending machine although, there were flavoured waters. And leaving the hotel was smooth. Overall, everything's great even just for an overnight stay!

If you added breakfast, get up early so you can still have some bacon. LoL!

A plus for us was the free parking on a reserved parking lot with controlled access during night. Very short distance from Avignone center (but you still need a car to reach it); several restaurants at walking distance and a big commercial centre 3 min by car

We pay for the breakfast the first day, but there were very few options for lactose intolerant people. I ended up eating only bread and jam, so not worth the price for me. But if you don't have this problem, there were many choices - croissants, scrambled eggs , yogurt, milk..
