We took that apartment for short term to take a shower and sleep a few hours before our flight.
It is located very close to the airport
I'd not take it for staying for longer term or as a base for visiting/traveling in Warsaw
Shared shower and toilet
No AC in rooms
Shared kitchen
Very thin doors with very basic key to lock it. I felt a bit not safety.

Great place. We stayed for 3 nights, although bathrooms were shared, didnt need to que. Kitchen well equiped, nice dining area. Cheap laundry. Value for money
Due location of room, cigarette smokes were coming through window if other patrons were smoking outside in smoking area

pine trees in the garden. quite a place, it's cozy outside.
it's just very old. all seems to be rusty and not pleasant. even a hairdrier. you will not get it until you asked.
and you should go with wet hair to the reception and they will give you a TOY hair drier. (if you will find someone). it took me 5-7 min with wet hair to find someone in the reception to ask the hair drier that SHOULD be in the bath. and that small toy hair drier leterealy suck in my hair into the vent. so I damaged my hair :( So I cut off a bit of my hair.

Lady in the room, where stop sign was on the door, really spoiled the mood in the morning.
Only one shared bathroom for all hotel guests upstairs.

We paid very little for our single night stay in Warsaw, as we simply needed a place to sleep, and the bang for buck at Villa Arkadia was incredible. The bed was fairly comfortable, to room was warm despite a chilly March night, and the place seemed clean and fairly well kept.
We didn't particularly like the tiny size of our room and the shared facilities, but to be fair, that was par for the course given the super economy price we got.

The hotel is very near the place I needed to go daily, in a relatively peaceful area, you have a little beautiful green place to look at, in the morning I could see squirrels, birds. There were one-time use slippers in the room that I could use around the house, towel. I did not meet the staff much, basically they were kind, but could not help me much with the problem in my room... The Wifi was good.
My room (double room, quite small one with 2 beds in) was stinky when I entered, smelled like urine, and some stain was visible on the carpet. I found a young lady whom I could tell, she asked me to leave the key that they can clean. It was visible from the carpet that they did clean, but the smell was not completely gone. The room had no window, so my only option was to leave the balcony door open day and night, though that meant that my room was not closed since to that balcony the neighboring room had also access... And it was not pleasant when it was colder or when neighbors were more noisy. The room has no wardrobe or shelves to put your things in, just a little drawer at the head of the bed and a place to hang on some clothes. Staff doesn't really speak English but that was not very much a problem, anyway we didn't meet much. Cleanliness is not the best... Apart from the smell in the room, toilets smelled also sometimes. Shower was OK, but there is only the soap for handwashing.
