Good

The apartment is large and clean, with well equipped kitchen. The host nice and helpful.

The apartment has two showers. In the first - very low water pressure in the shower, in the second - only very hot water (it was impossible to use it at all). Also, the apartment was cold, there was only two small electric heaters. It was not enough to keep the apartment warm (it was February). The apartment does not have air conditioning.

Excellent location for exploring Gaia & Porto.

Perfect location and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only small problem were the showers, there was low water pressure and one of them was too hot even on lowest temp setting.

The location is great, close to a metro station and walking distance to grocery stores and snack places.

No parking - there is paid public parking which is never available close to the apartment. The double bed is not comfortable, it's noisy, low and the mattress is overused. There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor - think of your luggage!! And the worst: the showers. No water pressure or flow, we had to bathe in drops of water that would go on and off. The problem was reported by email at the beginning of our stay but I never heard back from the renting team.
