A lovely house with all amenities, couldn’t have asked for better. Great location within easy reach of the centre of Dartmouth, the ferry and buses. We loved it so much we have booked again for September 2024.

Great location and really handy to have the car park pass. It's only a 2 minute walk from the property to the car park.
Property is right in the centre of town with great views. Really comfortable and perfect size for a family of 4 and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable week.
Great communication from the host and good not having to worry about bringing towels and bed linen.
Excellent value and would highly recommend.

Perfect for us- two adults two littles. Well equipped and brilliantly located property. Parking in Dartmouth is indeed an absolute nightmare but it didn’t bother us… until we pulled into load up to go home and promptly got a parking ticket! Other than that a good trip.

What a beautiful property right in the heart of town- perfect to enjoy all the festivities for Regatta week, house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable felt like a home away from home, Tracey was very helpful and we are so glad we booked - parking pass worked fine - mid week we had to switch to park and ride due to fair for regatta but this was no problem, Thanks so much we didn't want to leave x

A lovely well equipped cottage near the centre of Dartmouth. The parking permit really helped so that we could park in the large car park nearby all week. We got around easily via the ferries and local buses so had little need of the car when we were on holiday.

Lovely. Well situated. Great to use as a base for exploration. Lots of steps, which we loved and tackled with gusto! Warm, cosy, good showers and comfy bed. Dartmouth has much to offer, and we went on a couple of expeditions. Greenways, and the round Robin. Plus excursions in the car to Bigbury on Sea,Thurlestone , Kingsbridge, Torcross etc. btw, the Naval college tour was excellent as well.

An older cottage in the heart of the town, modernised but without losing that cottage feel. Immaculate and with all utensil and appliances you will need. The downstairs layout is brilliant and light and airy.

A Very pleasant cottage, well appointed and well located close to town facilities. We parked the car in the nearby Mayors carpark for the week and enjoyed Dartmouth and the river.

We had a great week staying in this super cottage in Dartmouth. Very clean, in the centre of town and were greeted with a welcome pack - including chilled white wine and scones with cream! We’d definitely recommend it!!

A very comfortable atmospheric place to stay. A great place to stay with parking pass which made the experience very easy. Lovely places to visit nearby but Dartmouth itself is a very picturesque place to meander.

The property was very well presented and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Tucked away in a very quite location but only 3-4 minutes from the centre of the town.
The parking permit for one of the main par carks was a great bonus.

Had a lovely break in this property. Have stayed in loads of accommodation over the past 15 years of visiting Dartmouth. Didn’t realise just how little time Ive spent in the town centre until I stayed here. It’s great to come out the door and down the steps straight into Foss Street. Certainly makes you feel like you have visited Dartmouth. The river is such a magnet that it’s easy to be glued to it and walk along the front all the time.
As for the property it’s a beautiful little place. Was ideal for a family (2 adults and 2 children. Or even for a couple.
Nice little lounge area. The kitchen and fridge is well equipped for a few meals over the course of the week but with so much good food in Dartmouth you should make the most of your holiday and try to enjoy as much local food out as possible.
We’d definitely look to stay here again next year.

This was a late booking for us so not much choice out there but what a great find. If your ok with steps which aren’t too bad this place is perfect. Tucked away nicely so no noise at all but right close to all Dartmouth has to offer. Parking permit is a god send but the house itself is well maintained and has all you need. We stayed for a week but didn’t need the top bedrooms which have the best views. Will definitely use again.

Our OAP status was confirmed taking our luggage to the cottage BUT is was worth all the effort. It was an ideal base from which to explore the area. The accomodation was excellent and ideal to relax in after the day's activities.
Thank you for giving us the means to really enjoy our holiday break.

Perfect stay, parking permit was a bonus. Ideally located to all restaurants and shops. Foot/car ferry nearby and plenty of boat trips. Please note that you have to book early for restaurants as they seem to be short staffed. This was the case for most of the towns.

On arrival we were early and We contacted Tracey to ask if we could check in early. She responded promptly and was extremely helpful. We arrived on 28th August and turned out to be the reggata festival so was extremely busy. Parking was a bit of an issue but on speaking to Tracey and taking a risk we parked on Marks and Spencers car park with the parking pass.
Parking in Dartmouth is busy in the day but come late afternoon the car park has plenty of spaces and is only a 2-3 min walk away from the cottage.
On arrival we had a bottle of wine, scones with jam and cream and all the mod cons.
Everything from tea bags, salt and pepper, washing up liquid and tea towels were provided which was such a pleasant change from a stay at a holiday park.
We are a family of 2 adults and and 2 small children and our boys felt comfortable and at home here. We even had blankets when a little chilly downstairs.
A beautiful cottage in a great location for exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding area.
Highly recommended, clean, comfortable and even the neighbours were helpful
Thanks for a lovely holiday

We absolutely loved our stay. Dartmouth was such an interesting place for us and our young children, and we discovered it was the week of the regatta on our first day which was such an added bonus. The house has everything you need, and the comfiest beds. It is just a short, pretty walk into the hustle and bustle of the town. Car parking is tricky, but this is made clear. Pay attention to the instructions before you arrive, as it is difficult to understand where the property is otherwise.

We had a great stay at this property. The cottage is well appointed and in a great location. The property is tucked away but instructions very clear and we had no trouble finding it. It was a 1 min walk to all the lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. There are steps to the property (but posed no difficulty for us family of 4). All in all a great place to explore Dartmouth and the South Hams.

A wonderful compact cottage with just the right mix of amenities and unfussy comfort. We loved the location and the proximity to shops and services, as well as the Embankment and transport links. Dartmouth is incredibly attractive and well located for outdoor pursuits, the Devon food scene and relaxing by water. The cottage was a delightful home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay in Tracey’s cottage. It’s just the right size for a couple and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for home cooking. If you’re not in the mood for cooking, don’t worry! The cottage is a 2-minute walk into lovely Dartmouth, where you’ll find two fantastic fish & chip shops, a curry house and a delicious Thai takeaway.Would thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for a chilled out retreat.

Lovely modernised town house in excellent location, quiet. Suited us well as an older but reasonably fit couple. (Note: The many steps up from the road would prove a challenge for people with walking difficulties) Once located and car unloaded, parking was not far away and in good location. Would definitely come again.

We had a really fantastic week away in Dartmouth. The cottage was simply perfect in every way, really well equipped and immaculately presented. The location was spot on with beautiful views over the harbour and in easy reach of all amenities. As a family we did Kayaking up the river Dart, boat trips and the surfing in Bigbury was brilliant! Would highly recommend this beautiful cottage and really hope to return.
