My daughter and I along with her two- year- old daughter stayed at this property for 3 nights. This was one of the best rental properties I've stayed at- clean, very comfortable, and the most well stocked of any property I've been to. There was plenty of toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towel soap, shampoo, etc. Even eating utensils for the toddler!

Loved the place. It was perfect for what we needed. A relaxing and quiet place that had ample space for what we needed. It was great!

enjoyed the stay at this cute house in greensboro. This house had all amenities included and was very clean. highly recommend. we came for elon graduation.

I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!

Overall we had a fantastic time. I will say this listing is run by a rental company and we had no issues with that rental company, however we booked through VRBO and VRBO failed to update our booking when we added an extra day and their customer service was impossible to deal with and get answers to simple questions. Again, no issues with this house or the rental company. Probably won't be booking through VRBO again.

The home is well kept and very clean. The amenities are all there including hot chocolate for those cool evenings. There is a beautiful park only a half block away with benches and a small stream. The area is friendly and we felt safe in the little cottage. Plenty of room for the advertised 6 guests.

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a small family gathering for a 3 yo’s birthday
Older home but well kept

The house is clean and cozy! There is on street parking which was never an issue. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay. The things that stand out as excellent include the location and the cleanliness- sheets, pillows and towels were new and nice. The kitchen was adequately stocked. It was very convenient to park our car right out front and walk steps into the front door versus having to go through a hotel lobby and up an elevator. The sofa was large and deep and comfortable and the TVs were easy to use. The kitchen was a little tight for three tall people but we took advantage of it and cooked most meals at home. I will rent when we have another event in Greensboro.

Very nice little house extremely well located.
Walks in Fisher Park are delightful.
Everything was very clean.
Parking never a problem.
Thank you for an excellent stay.

We stayed 10/5-8/23The house is just as advertised but there’s a musky old smell. There are damprid things in multiple places. You cannot open windows, screwed shut, for fresh air. They state they’re screwed shut because they’re old, the original to home and will get stuck. Which one would think would be a fire code. The hall bathroom tub was dirty, had hair in the tub. The linens had odd smells. Bed were cozy put were definitely in need of an upgrade, pillows were fabulous!!
The home is in a great location to all the locations we were interested in.

We really enjoyed where we stayed, Greensboro, and visiting family. The house we stayed was a great neighborhood to walk.

Enjoyed our stay while in town for Family Weekend at High Point University. Loved the neighborhood and the history. It was close to everything without being busy or noisy. Will definitely bring stay again for our next trip.

An older house, but very clean; because it was older, things did not work as expected --- but they were relatively "minor", e.g., some kitchen outlets, doorknobs were difficult to operate, ceiling fan in one of the rooms didn't work.
A lot of the above would have been acceptable had the overall price been less - that's the bottom line. For what we paid, it was disappointing.
A caveat - this property listed on VRBO but there was an email from (I figured out later) a management company, Evolve, with all the details. I was very confused as I'd never dealt with anyone but an owner before. In the end, the property was 10% more ($221) than I thought it was going to be because of a "service charge" to VRBO.
The price difference changed our expectations. An issue came up with the toilet paper provided - we didn't feel it was enough and I contacted our "Guest Contact" Nicholas who responded they would have more dropped off. On Thursday, he updated the info to "additional tissue should arrive on or before Saturday." Sunday night was our last night, so we just bought our own. It seems petty, but for the amount we ended up paying - we couldn't understand how a local contact would not have just picked up tp and dropped it off at the property instead of ordering it to be delivered by Amazon 3 days later and 1 day before we left.
Judging by other properties that our friends were staying at, we could have done much better for the price we paid.

This house is super cute. Love the fact that it’s built in 1937. Love it. The house had everything we needed. We are a family of seven, 2 adults 5 kids and we fit great. House was clean and cool upon our arrival during the humidity and heat. Within walking distance to eateries and parts of downtown. Definitely recommend this quaint property.

The home was smaller than depicted. It smelled musty. And it felt like animals had been in the house recently (allergies flared up). Creamer was bad and curddled. Just not the best experience it could have been.

Well kept charming house that worked well for our long weekend stay in the area.

My husband and I came to Greensboro to celebrate the grand opening of my daughter and son-in-laws new bar/restaurant NEIGHBORS. The location was perfect, the house was spotless, check in was easy. Loved sitting on the front porch and just hanging out to relax. The furniture was nice and comfortable. We will certainly be back.

We make multiple trips to Greensboro to visit are Grandson and we finally found a house they we would return to. For starters you don’t smell mildew when you walk in that is a big plus for me. Quite street and close to are Grandson. The only thing that would change is the sofa, it could be bigger for a three bedroom house.

My family converged on Greensboro for my sons UNCG graduation. This house was a wonderfully maintained, moderately modernized 1937-built house. Perfect size and location for us. We would definitely stay there again.
