The mattresses were so comfortable, the place was clean and had everything we needed from coffee, shampoo, plenty of towels, and water. I was able to effectively communicate with the property owner. We will stay at this place again when we are back in town!

I received a text the house was clean and ready to check in, key under mat, and instructions on not locking ourselves out since the coded lock wasn’t working. Inside we encountered foul smell, dried urine at the base of a toilet and toothpaste spit on the faucet. It has obviously flooded, probably from the dishwasher and the house is in varying states of disrepair and diy. Be careful on the small rear deck as the last two floorboards are coming apart. There is new carpet in the bedrooms and we were instructed not to walk on the carpet with shoes.

We were in Springfield due to my father’s illness and the house gave a perfect place to come relax with plenty of space and a great price. The owner was great to work with as well.

The property was just as described. It was off in a quiet area away from traffic noise. Host was easy to reach & helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with any item you might need. The beds were quite comfortable. The house had ample extra linens & towels! Check in and out very easy. Would definitely rent this one again.

It was a good stay. I never used a walk in tub to shower which was weird but that’s about it. The check in process was a little worrisome because we were supposed to check in at 4 and we didn’t get check in information until about 3:30 so we were wondering if we were gonna need to find another location. After we got that information it was a great stay.

This home was comfortable and met our needs. My guests included one that is mobility limited and one who is blind. While the house is not in brand new shape, it was perfect for us. The open living area and hard flooring were helpful in reducing tripping potentials. (The flooring needs to be replaced by the kitchen sink, but that did not affect us.) One bathroom has a walk-in tub that would be great for someone that cannot step over the side of a bathtub. We appreciated they provided coffee and water, and the host’s great communication. I would definitely stay again.

Great weekend in Springfield! Location was 15 minutes from our venue and worked out great! Very quiet and convenient area! Would highly recommend!

The property was clean and comfortable, easy access made it even better. My father traveled with us, he is older and enjoyed the stay. My husband he would prefer to book the house again when we come back.

Great for the money, easy to get to and easy to get around the area. Nice dinning table and comfortable chairs, many card games were played in 2 1/2 days. Very nice for the money. Highly recommend.

Very beautiful place very quiet safe neighborhood Board games provided everything you could need very gorgeous place nice flat backyard very good communication from owner we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
