New Sunny Rotonda vacation home, about 1320sq 3 bedrooms and 2 bath comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay!! Close to beaches, fishing & golfing. Only 10 min from multiple beaches including a gorges Boca Grande Island. Property Backs to Rotonda River where you can enjoy fishing or canoeing, or just a morning coffee on the dock. Also Chuck Park pool is within 5 min drive has heated Olympic swimming pools and kids swim section area with water temperature of 82F Sasy tarts coffee shop and multiple places to eat out are close by

We were coming to Florida to watch our son play college baseball. This place met our needs perfectly. This is a new or like new home and the photos are exactly how the place is. Mike and his wife were very responsive to any questions we had and were super easy to deal with for booking. They also allowed our 8lb dog to stay with us. We hope to make it back again next year and will not hesitate to rebook. Thank you for everything and allowing us to stay in your beautiful place.

We stayed at Mike's Rotunda home for 2 weeks and we were very pleased with everything. The home is spotless and in excellent shape and it had everything we needed. Mike was a great host. We'd recommend this place to anyone who was looking to stay in the area.

My wife and I were in town for just the weekend and this location and home were perfect! The house had everything we needed and more, and it was super clean. The process was very easy. Would definitely stay again!

We felt the property was great! The stay was enjoyable. The house was equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Only problem was communication with Vrbo or property owner. We received two different addresses. Attempted to contact for "change" but was unable to complete. That was the only disappointment.

Very nice home, perfect for a couple or small family. Silent neighborhood. Located close to several state parks with nice beaches.

Came down to go Tarpon fishing. Looking for a place to stay, finished the day with a nice surprise. Home is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The home has everything you need. Plenty of room for parking, a huge backyard on a canal... No gulf access but very nice. Publix at the entrance to the neighborhood which made shopping convenient and easy... Will be back next year

Wonderful find! The home was beautiful and stocked with all the comforts of home. The perfect location for us, as it was close to family in the area. We watched the canal behind us hoping to catch a glimpse of an alligator, no luck this time, but maybe on another stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! Rotonda West and more specifically Boundary Blvd and the canal have been in our family my entire life. Our parents have since passed; but, staying on the same street, waking up to beautiful sunrises while drinking our coffee and looking out at the canal brought such peace to my brother and me. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be able to close out 2022. The property managers are amazing—very accommodating and responsive! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!
