Great little homestay

Great little homestay, Owned by a lovely family who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Food is available on site too, and amazing fresh juices. Will definitely stay here again, great value for money.

pas vraiment central mais au calme ; proposent des excursions clé en main ou à la demande ; bons repas ; petit-déjeuner en supplément (des oeufs partout !)

Faire attention aux réservations de transferts via l'hébergement : bien reconfirmer pour éviter le malentendu qui nous est arrivé : pas de véhicule le moment venu ! On a dû trouver une autre solution à la dernière minute

Muy buena opción en Battabang

La amabilidad del personal mandando un tuk tuk a recogernos a la estación sin siquiera pedirlo. La habitación estaba bien y el aire funcionaba bien.

La ubicación es un poco lejos del centro pero se puede hacer caminando sin problema. La ventana daba a una pared a 10cm.

Good stay a bit outside

Very good and helpful staff, food was good with reasonable price, they help you organize tours. We had such a nice and knowlegable TukTuk driver / guide for a day trip (Mr. Sophorn), can only recommend.

A bit a strong smell in the bathroom, one staff member had a bit a bad attitude. Bed linen were not fitting properly on the bed and stripped away in the night.

Good hotel for short stay in Battambang

Good place for a short trip. They have good affordable food at the restaurants. Room is basic and suits the price. Staff is friendly and pleasant.

Bathroom can be better. Could use incense or room freshener as there is a constant bad smell from the water pipe system.

Loved it. We'd stay there again, great value for the price!

The location was great, accessible to town but not so close that it was noisy. The food on site was delicious, ready quickly, and reasonably priced. The owner, Mr. Sarin, was able to provide for all of our needs, including rides, advice on things to do, contacts in other places, etc. He and his wife are lovely people and the staff was very pleasant and helpful!

Très simpa. Merci Mao

Accès a diner de 7h a 22h non stop Organisation des excursions : ils t’attribuent un chauffeur qui vient te chercher au bus (gratuitement) puis si tu prends des activités via l’homestay le chauffeur te servira de guide par la suite => on a eu Mister Mao et je ne peux que vous le recommander!!! Tres drôle qu’est ce qu’on s’est marrer!! , il nous apprends plein de choses et prends soin de nous en fonction de nos envies! Bref une perle La chambre est confortable juste ce qu’il faut pour passer 2 nuits On a pu choisir les activités qu’on voulait faire plutot que de suivre leur planning tout fait Exterieur tres simpa

Parfait pour explorer Battambang et sa région.

Bel hôtel dans les faubourgs de Battambang, à noter que l'on peut rejoindre à pied en 15minutes le centre sur une route large et non risquée. Personnel très à l'écoute, avec possibilités de réserver ou organiser des excursions à la journée/demi-journée. Très bonne compréhension de l'anglais par le propriétaire. Cuisine classique, simple, mais bonne.

Notre logement comportait une chambre, une entrée ( avec baie vitrée entre les deux) et enfin une salle de bain/WC accessible par l'entrée. L'utilisation des WC, la nuit notamment, pouvait réveiller ceux qui dormaient du fait de la lumière passant la baie vitrée. Un rideau serait le bienvenu. Pas grand chose de négatif sinon.

Would definitely come back.

Nice property, great AC, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Nothing comes to mind. The price seemed to be a tad bit more than some other places in Cambodia, but we had one too many beds in our room. The smaller rooms was probably just occupied. Something which would have made it great value for buck.

Chambre toute simple, pas très grande mais correcte pour une nuit à Battambang. Très bon petit-déjeuner. L'accueil est irréprochable !

Un peu cher pour la prestation, je pense qu'on est un peu au-dessus des prix de la région.

A brilliant host - great for a short stay

Mr Sarin could not have been more helpful. He welcomed us by message immediately, arranged a lift from the bus drop off (essential), an afternoon tour with a very engaging remok driver, a lift to the bus and our bus to Phnom Penh. He was super helpful whilst not pushy. The room was large, quiet and clean.

It is a little way out of town - but that did not matter for us as we went straight out on a remok tour. The food was OK but not the best we have had.

Vous y serez comme un coq en pâte !

Ambiance familiale, le boss se met en quatre pour répondre à toutes vos demandes, tuk tuk, bus, change, etc... Madame se lance dans l'apprentissage du français, le cuisinier est un cousin qui travaille pour financer ses études... De belles orchidées agrémentent le coin repas. Ici on se sent bien.

A good stay!

What I loved: - Sarin and his family are amazing. They're super welcoming and kind, always ready to help with a big smile. - The food served there is made at the moment and it's really good. - Our room was spacious and clean.

What I loved less: - There's no fan in the bathroom so it is hard to ventilate the room and dry the floor once showered - A mini fridge would be great, to keep water/whatever cold - I can't recommend their guided tour, but just because of the personal experience I had, where my guide was nice and funny, but he was basically just a driver that dropped me off at places and let me figure things out (I had to Google things to know what I was seeing). For the price it wasn't worth it.

Great stay

The hosts were really kind and helped any way they could. Their tuktuk driver Suphon was a sweetheart and really showed us around. The room was a bit small and the location is a little outside of town, but for the price is great.

Un séjour reposant au cœur de Battambang dans un lieu familial et chaleureux.

Mr Sarin, notre hôte, et sa famille sont absolument adorables. L’accueil est vraiment très chaleureux. Mr Sarin est toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes. Tout est très bien organisé avec les Tuk tuk, dont les chauffeurs sont très sympas.

Les matelas sont un peu durs et nous avions une chambre sans fenêtre.

A really lovey stay with very friendly hosts

Lotus Blanc is a great place to stay, and the couple who run the Homestay are so lovely. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast, we only had once, but it was really tasty. There was some complications with the booking of the room, but they were very accommodating and helpful in making sure we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms themselves are basic but absolutely adequate. The building itself was very charming and it was nice to have areas to sit out front too. We did a mix of walking and tuk tuking into the town. Both of which are manageable. We would stay here again.

The lunch/dinner meals available don’t include vegetarian options.

Einfache, saubere Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis

Einfache aber gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft für einen günstigen Preis. Sehr sauber. Freundliche Gastgeberfamilie. Das Guesthouse liebt etwas ausserhalb der Stadt, entweder ca. 20-30min. Fussweg oder mit den TukTuk.

In der Nähe war eine Zeremonie und extrem früh am morgen 4:00/5:00 hörte man laute Musik und gebete, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts…

Unglaubliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Mr Sarin war unglaublich freundlich! Er hat uns schon vorab eine super Sightseeingtour und dann auch noch den Bus für die Weiterreise organisiert. Außerdem steht er noch selbst in der Küche und verwöhnt die Gäste mit besten Speisen. Leider konnten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben…

Amazing host

Mr Sarin was such an amazing host, organising everything for us and making us feel at home. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Breakfast is very good value. It’s close to town but in a quiet area. Mr Sarin organises great day tours. Our driver/guide was very well informed.

Loved it here and would stay again in a heart beat!

Family who run the homestay were amazing - when our bus didn’t arrive couldn’t do enough to help us. Kids and so full of joy and they arranged an amazing guide for two days. Big breakfasts and could pay all at the end.

Slightly out of town (but we knew) made it tricky when ordering a grab but not the hotels fault.

Best homestay in our 4 months travel

The room was great. Perfect AC, very clean, big closet to store your clothes and a great warm shower. The family who run the homestay are the best, we felt very seen. They arranged a tour for us a few hours in advance with one of the best tourguides we had in 4 months. Food options (breakfast, lunch, diner) were very affordable and delicious. This is how every homestay should be.

Super vriendelijk, veel mogelijkheden betreft tours, lekker eten.

De kamer had slechte ventilatie, gaf een plakkerig gevoel. Ondanks de airco, die keihard loeide, terwijl we hem op de zachtste stand hadden. Bed ligt voor 1 nacht goed, daarna niet echt meer.

Excellent séjour dans une maison pleine de charme

Nous avons prolongé notre séjour de cinq nuits tellement le lotus blanc homestay et ses propriétaires nous ont ravi L’établissement est très bien tenu. Propreté, confort, accueil très chaleureux Un grand merci à Mr Sarin et sa femme sans oublier les enfants pour nous avoir fait découvrir leur ville et ses environs. Mr Yaya notre chauffeur de tuk tuk a su nous faire partager son territoire. Ne changer rien tout est parfait ! La cuisine est excellente. Très bon rapport qualité /prix

Simply perfect !

This is the best place to stay if you want to experience Battambang. Room was huge, bed was comfy, everything clean, nice terrace and common area, very nice breakfast and lunch options, helpful and very friendly stuff - everything was perfect. The Homestay provides laundry service, helps with booking tickets and hires THE BEST tuk tuk drivers that will take you to unforgettable places for small $. I’m forever grateful that I was able to spend my time here and get to know Mister Yo. Without him we would miss so much of Battambang. I highly recommend to stay here - it is worth every penny.

Gemütliches Homestay in Battambang zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Gemütliches Homestay mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für den Preis weiß man auch, dass die Zimmer spartanisch, aber ausreichend sind. Es wurde eine wunderbare Tuk Tuk-Tour mit Saphong organisiert, welcher uns viele schöne Orte gezeigt und viel Interessantes erzählt hat.

Während unseres Aufenthalts war in der unmittelbaren Nähe eine mehrtägige Hochzeit, die wie in Kambodscha üblich, auch mit sehr lauter Musik und Ansprachen verbunden war, die bereits frühmorgens gegen 6 Uhr begonnen haben. Dafür kann das Homestay aber nichts.
