House is located in close proximity to the major junction of interstate 85/285 which makes travel in all directions much easier.

PARTYING. This is NOT a party house. This is a large spacious home. It's great for large business groups, family and friends. However, we are not looking for groups whose true intent is to "party" in the house. We want the next guest to have a nice home for their enjoyment and we also want to be good neighbors to those around the home and for the neighborhood. So, RESPECTFULLY, if you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next house.

While covered in the rules, I wanted to highlight some simple rules out of respect for the neighbors and neighborhood. While we have already covered the "no partying", we also limit the cars to one car per bedroom (without permission prior to the reservation) to prevent any type of partying or more guest than what is allowed.

When staying here, the entire home is yours to use. Washer and dryer are in the home for your use during your stay. Fully equipped for the kitchen on for those that want to cook when away from home.
