Todo muy sencillo, limpio y ordenado.

El desayuno empieza más tarde de lo que lo necesitaba pero me dejaron comida en el refrigerador así que alcancé a comer algo antes de partir.

Sehr schönes schickes modernes Hotel

- Sehr modern eingerichtetes und schickes Hotel oberhalb eines Restaurants - Das Restaurant war abends sehr gut besucht, was man aber auf dem Zimmer nicht mitbekommen hat - dimmbare Lichter im gesamten Zimmer - geschmackvolles Design - Bewegungslicht unterhalb des Bettes, wenn man im Dunkeln noch mal aufsteht - Frühstück: kleine aber fein, leckerer Cappuchino, sehr gemütlich schöne Atmosphäre im Restaurant - Lage: sehr gepflegte ruhige Wohngegend; großer Supermarkt in der Nähe, wo es alles mögliche in sehr frischer Auswahl gibt; kurzer Weg zum Uni Campus - Küche im Flurbereich aller Zlmmer: Mikrowelle, Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Snackautomat (der aber auch Dinge wie Zahnbürste, Ladekabel, etc enthielt), Kaffee und Tee

- Feueralarm 2:30Uhr nachts...wir standen eine halbe Stunde vor dem Hotel...die Feuerwehr gab Entwarnung und schickte uns wieder auf die Zimmer- da niemand vom Hotel vor Ort war, erfuhren wir auch nicht was nachts den Feueralarm ausgelöst hatte - Check In und Out erfolgt über die Bar und Mitarbeiter des Restaurants - Keine Erklärung zur Nutzung Klimaanlage, WLAN, wie geht das automatische Licht im Bad wieder aus, Frühstückszeiten, etc - Geruch und Wärmeentwicklung/Hitze im Aufgang zu den Zimmern (die Küche stand hier direkt immer offen)

Einen Aufenthalt wert!

Dieses Hotel und das dazugehörige Restaurant sind beide modern und stilvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hatten eines der Studios mit eigener Dachterrasse was unglaublich schön war! Extrem geräumig und gemütlich.

Eigentlich nur eine Nichtigkeit.., die Pflanzen in unserem Zimmer waren etwas ungepflegt. Eine davon war voller weißer Blattläuse. Aber das war für uns nicht schlimm.

Prima hotel tegenover Radboud UMC

Ik moest erg vroeg weg ivm consult in ziekenhuis. Er werd voor mij een ontbijtpakket klaargelegd in de koelkast van de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. De koffie en thee daar was gratis. Bovendien werd mijn koffertje bewaard zodat ik het 's middags kon ophalen.

Clean, cosy room with great breakfast and friendly staff!

The breakfast was great - good choices and very friendly and helpful staff. We also ate at the hotel’s restaurant for dinner and the dinner was great, too! The room was very clean and there was even a vending machine and some extra amenities in an additional communal area in the hotel that was accessible for all the hotel guests.

Wundervolles Hotel mit Stil und Wohlfühlcharakter.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel, mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer unterm Dach, mit moderner, aber sehr gemütlicher Einrichtung und bequemen Betten. Auch erwähnenswert ist die kleine Kitchenette und der schöne Balkon. Tolle Lage, direkt gegenüber einer Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Fijn hotel

De sfeer in het hotel en de gezamenlijke ruimte om koffie/thee te pakken

Het ligt langs een drukke weg, waar we wat geluidsoverlast van hadden. De sensor in de badkamer ging snel uit, waardoor we in het donker stonden te douchen (en we een paar keer de douche uit moesten om de lamp weer aan te krijge.

It was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel located very close to bus stop.

I liked the access to a kitchen and coffee machine. Room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. I was also really grateful that it was located so close to a bus stop. This made using public transport really easy.

My toilet paper ran out once, but I found some in the kitchen, so not a disaster.

very stylish and clean hotel conveniently located near Radboud University

I loved that the room was stylish, spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning and occasional otter meals in the restaurant. The hotel was ideally situated for my visit to Radboud University.

The hotel, restaurant and location suited our purposes.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Food in Restaurant good, with short waiting times. Comfortable bed.

Nice hotel next to university and hospital, very new.

This is a nice new hotel on the second floor above a restaurant, right across the street from the university and hospital, so location is very convenient. The rooms are new and clean, and there is a shared space with coffee which is nice. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was nice. Staff were overall nice and helpful, but the check in process was problematic, looked like the place was still very new and not all wrinkles ironed out.

So, the main issue was room access. This place does not have a standard reception, so you need to approach the restaurant bar, and they handle the check in and out process via a laptop. The problem is that instead of a key, they are supposed to send you a link to a special app that would serve as your electronic key. In my case the email never arrives (not to main account nor to spam etc). We noticed it immediately, but it turned out that the staff had no good "plan B". After a wait they made a physical (plastic card) key for me, but it did not work because it was before 15:00. I left, and when I came back late at night, there was no one around (restaurant was already closed) and the key still did not work. I called the number on the second floor door, and got nice and efficient help via a return call to my cell, that (1) found out I was in the wrong room and (2) opened the room remotely for me, which was neat. So, my bottom line is that the staff were very helpful and did their best, but the system did not work well in my case. If, say, my cell was out of battery or did not have local service, I would have had to sleep in the lobby ... seems like a problem that will be solved as they get more experience.

One night stay

Fresh interior, big bed, one blanket, two hard pillows, glad i took my own with me. Sweet workers there both for check in and check out.

Very small parking space, cost you 35 euro for a 3h earlier check-in ( we had to do it due to the wedding we had to attend to)

Stunning decor, brilliant hotel and restaurant.

Lovely hotel with excellent decor. Loved the ambience in the rooms.

Lighting could be a little bit more, it felt dark even with all lights switched on.
