Overall we really liked this house! The owner was very responsive (replied in under 5 minutes). The keurig wasn’t working and she had a new one delivered the next day for us. We loved the comforters on the beds and they had nice big pillows. The neighborhood wasn’t fantastic but we had no problems at all with anyone/anything. The front door locking system was easy to use. The only complaint I have about this stay was the cleanliness of the floors. There wasn’t anything we could physically see on them but after 15 minutes of our kids running around and us walking a bit, the bottom of our feet was black. We loved the layout and open concept of the kitchen & living room. Appliances and countertops were all very clean.

The property was just like the pictures. It was a wonderful place to stay for my family. We have a few disabled family members and they were able to get around fairly easy in the house. The host was incredible and we had a great time. Thank you!

We found the property very comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities. I would just make one suggestion to get a tea kettle for us tea drinkers. Very nice that all the towels and bedding are supplied. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend a trip to Memphis, I love it. Stay at this rental if you are looking for a home environment rather than a hotel.

The property is conveniently located to attractions like Beale Street and the Memphis Zoo. There are also a lot of restaurants just north eat of the house. The space is bright and has good energy. We enjoyed karaoke on the vintage jukebox bluetooth player. We had 4 children and 5 adults, the house had all the amenities we needed. We spent lots of time together there.

My first AB&B. Although a little skeptical as we approached the neighborhood, that soon dissipated once we saw the home. Inside is very beautiful and we felt at home away from home. Very clean and spacious. Neighbors were welcoming and very polite. Again, definitely our first choice in the future.

The place itself is very nice and is perfect for a big family group. Everything works and is nice and clean, and communication with the manager was good. The only issue with the property is that it is really on the very edge of a pretty terrible neighborhood. If you go one way, it gets nice fast, and if you go the other way it gets bad fast. So guests should be aware of this.

This was our families first time staying at a vrbo property. The house was as pictured. It is centrally located to all of the Memphis Attractions we were wanting to see. The rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely book this house again.

I booked this home to celebrate my aunts retirement and her love of Elvis. We were immediately greeted and surprised with a retirement banner and life size Elvis cut out thanks to the host. The entire trip overall was amazing but that greeting was just icing on the cake. The host was quick to respond to my messages. The house was the perfect size for our party of 9. We would all recommend this house for anyone!

This was a large beautiful home that felt like my home away from home. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Our party of seven enjoyed and was quite comfortable in this house. We also loved the screened-in porch where we spent our evenings enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. This home is centrally located to the Cooper-Young area of Memphis that offers nice restaurants, entertainment, and other activities, I would highly recommend you stay at this vacation rental. 5 stars all the way!
