Located in a quiet residential area of villas, approximately 7 km from the sea and beach in Creixell, Spain. The holiday rental can accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 5-room house that covers an area of 147 square meters across two levels. The house is suitable for accommodating 4 adults and 4 children with its practical and cozy furnishings. On the main floor, you will find a living/dining room with a digital TV and access to a private patio. There are three bedrooms on this level: one with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, another with a larger French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, and the third bedroom equipped with a set of bunk beds that can accommodate two people, each bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a supply of Dolce Gusto coffee capsules. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level.
Amenities Included
The house comes with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. You will have access to a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for children up to 3 years old, and a hair dryer. The property also offers free WiFi internet access. Outside, you can enjoy the large patio area, which features terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. From the patio, you can take in the distant view of the sea.
Other Information
Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and there is no internal connecting door between the floors. The TV available in the house only receives Spanish channels. While the property description mentions a pool, it is important to understand that this pool is for private use and not shared with other guests. The lower ground floor of the house can be accessed via an exterior staircase and features an additional room with two beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, along with a shower/WC and an exit to the patio.
