Location is good, the units could use more care or update

Location between Tybee Island and Savannah, water pressure in shower, bed were comfortable

The entry lock kept timing out and we had problems entering the property. So did the unit B next to us the alarm system kept beeping at night. The lock in the patio door was broken. The internet only worked sporadically. The remotes for the TVs wee all mixed up, it took us more than half our stay to figure out why the TVs weren’t working. In one of the bathrooms we found a bunch of hair behind the door and in front of the belarhtub. . Bath tub and surrounds were painted over and the paint was chipping off. Railing on the steps seem to have been prepped for painting but we’re not painted. The back yard was overgrown with weeds and not maintained or mowed. The upholstery for the outside seating was left out and soaked from the rain We appreciated the thought of brand new towels but they had never been washed or dried and we ended up being covered in fuzz

Amazing! Would rate the very highest. Definitely would stay again!!

Perfect location! Right in the middle of Tybee Island and historic Savannah which made it super convenient to flip-flop between the two during our stay! You have krogers, Publix, restaurants and gas stations all within just a couple of miles. The place was very clean and spacious. It had everything you would need to cook and eat “at home” Cupboards were loaded with dishes, cups, etc. Had all major appliances: dishwasher, washer/dryer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, etc. Even provided silverware! They also supplied smaller items and toiletries like dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper..they also supplied all the linens and towels/washcloths..the closets were full of extra pillows and linens. Honestly, we didn’t even need to bring anything other than food to cook! I have stayed at many hotel chains over the years and this place is well above and beyond hotel service. A lot of extras you would not get from a hotel. Very modern and loved the decor! It really felt like “home away from home” Great location in a great neighborhood with the convenience of literally everything. We were very happy with our stay and definitely would book again in the future!

Honestly? Not a thing! The parking space is a little crowded but had no issues. It’s literally at the beginning of Johnny Mercer Blvd so I’d suggest slowing down right after the turn off because it’s not far up the road but could be easily missed. I would suggest maybe a small sign at the entrance? Never had issues with anyone parking in our space or had any issues with neighbors as other reviews have said. Nothing was tore up or broken either.

Comfortable and Convenient

This was an amazing stay. It was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Convenient location.

There were some areas that had peeling plaster. The hand rail on the stairs was broken near the bottom. Some cushions had stains.

Don’t Waste Your Money

The location was great and I liked that it had two suites with attached bathrooms.

There was no WiFi so we couldn’t use the internet or the smart tvs. I was told there was cable. No cable either. So we were without tv our entire stay, which is inconvenient when you’re on vacation and at the condo for most of the evening. I contacted the appropriate people and was told the owner said the WiFi was “active” but they would send someone out to fix it. Never sent anyone. There was random dust and door knobs and trash in the drawers. The furniture was worn and the chairs in the living room were filthy.

It was the perfect location for our trip. Right between Savannah & Tybee Island. Very nice neighborhood. Plenty of amenities close by.

Re.ived one of the rugs but needed to clean floor where it was, thoroughly. Furniture still smells of urine mistle downs

Great space overall clean except to the floor rugs they need to be gone smell of pet urine

The 3 floor rugs should not be in a place where people cannot control their pets. Regardless of fee

Stay was fine. Lots of space.

Back yard.

Right off just road, back door didn’t lock. And when first showed up handy men were walking into the property without knocking after the 4:00 move in town. And someone was parking on the side that wasn’t for unit a. And with the rain was pretty inconvenient.

We had a great time, just wish we had time to stay, just wish we could have stayed longer.

We came to Savannah for a wedding. Having 2 separate bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms for getting dressed was great. The cost was not that much more and well worth it. The grandchildren and myself had time to run grab a few items to cook brunch before having to leave for the wedding activities and were able to enjoy a movie and popcorn all cuddled together in the sofa downstairs before retiring to separate bedrooms that night after the wedding. Two grandchildren shared one bedroom, and my daughter and I shared the other bedroom.

The condo was nice. Because of the stairs to upstairs, it is great for younger people.

The accommodation is nice for 2 or 3 people.

No live TV; living area room was kind of small. The extra towels and linens were in a large black trash bags. Really didn't know that there were a lot of stairs to get upstairs.

Conveniently located, clean, and spacious.

Location!! Perfectly situated between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. Spacious and clean interior.

Property could use some updates. One of the bedroom toilets doesn’t work well and some of the fixtures were loose.

All in all we had a really good stay.

Great location. House was nice.

Needs blinds or curtains on the door window. Neighbor on the side of unit A parked in one of the spaces. Bugs were dead or crawling on the entrance way floor. Better water pressure in the shower.

This property is super clean, beds were very comfortable, and the location was great.

The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It was close to a gas station/convenience store and was right in between Tybee Island and Historic Savannah.

The only thing I could even say here is that the property sits back off the main road just enough that it is hard to see for the trees and we did miss the entrance more than once. This is totally not a big deal though.

Great stay. I would stay here again

I loved the beds and the decor.

I love outdoor spaces, but didn’t sit outside or even open the curtains because the space was not fenced in and the neighbors yard to the left was just a crowded, cluttered mess. They have kids. I understand. But the clutter would have disturbed my peace.

You can’t go wrong with this location.

It was a beautiful property. It was so comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for restaurants, Tybee Beach, downtown, etc. Vacasa has great communication with you. Mandy was wonderful to work with. We definitely intend to book this particular condo again. We loved it.

Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer.
