Checkout this 4 bedroom, 2 bath that backs up to Riverdale Park! Enjoy the firepit in the fenced off backyard and the tennis courts, playground, and bike trail right next door! This stylishly remodeled home has new everything! From appliances, to cabinets to furniture, this place has it all. Neighborhood is quit and off the beaten path, but close enough to the interstate to make getting around town easy!

The Space:
4 Bedrooms offer 3 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin, as well as two pull out queen sofas. Bathrooms have 1 tub/shower combo and 1 stand alone shower.

We stayed at this house in Sioux Falls while we were in South Dakota to tour SDSU in Brookings. The house is very clean, updated and well maintained - it’s just like the photos. We have two teens who enjoyed having the lower level to themselves. It’s also a great value. The location next to the park was wonderful. It’s also a short drive to the lovely downtown area (we enjoyed some great restaurants). We’d definitely stay again!

This house is a diamond in the ruff. It is conveniently located with easy access to the interstate and just a short distance to downtown. There were 6 of us who shared this lovely renovated home. We all grew up on the East side of Sioux Falls, so we felt right at home. The outside space was a bonus. The deck has a table that sits 8 and the lower level has a wonderful firepit for evening fires under the stars. My girlfriends couldnt stop commenting on what a great find this was. Much more affordable than a hotel room and way more cozy. We would stay again in a heartbeat. My niece even commented that if this house ever went on the market she would love to buy it!

We stayed with 4 couples. Living rooms up and down were the perfect set up for all of us to visit and play games. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the fire pit and pickle ball courts. Everything was clean! Host was responsive to messages. Only thing we would change would be the softness of the mattresses- they were very firm! Thanks for a great stay!

This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)

The house was exactly as described. It was a great location with a fenced in backyard and park right behind the house. It was close to where we needed to be and the manager was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We will stay again!

Back yard fence needs repair by front of house to keep dogs in. Basement shower needs to be a square alcove type which would give it more room. Local tv channels should be provided using an antenna on the roof.

Very nice accomadations. We had a good time. The backyard and proximity to a park makes us want to come back for a stay during a warmer season. Price was very reasonable so that makes repeat visit more likely.

Traveled to Sioux Falls for a quick weekend with family. House had plenty of space to spread out. I cooked supper Saturday and there were plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus to use. We didn't use the deck or fire pit because it was too cold, but they both looked very inviting!!!!

This VRBO is very well taken care of, plenty of room and has a park right behind it. It made our day when we saw pickle ball courts and found pickle ball paddles and balls in the closet to use :) we were there for a family wedding and it worked out perfectly. So close to the airport and easy to find

We absolutely loved this property for our girls weekend trip! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was also great as it was very quiet. Enjoyed the firepit too. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property with kids & grandkids there were 12 of all together. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout. Great having big deck, grill and enjoyed the big back yard and firepit. Everything was just as he said it would be. We would stay here again. As my grandkids said "This place is awesome".

The house was just like the pictures. Very nice and clean. Enough room for all 6 adults and 3 kids. We came into town for a wedding for a relative. The house worked out perfect. We loved the park right out the backdoor and the fire pit in the back. We had everything we needed. Great place to stay.

Accommodations were excellent. Cupboards were stocked w wonderful essentials and we were happy to find folding table and chairs in coat closet as well. We hosted a small 90th bday party which worked out so well with space. Grandkids played downstairs with room to run and toys and adults had lots of options for eating & catching up. Weather was cold so we did not get to use gorgeous deck, fire pit or park but we will definitely come back to this place again.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend with 13 of us and a puppy fitting into the property. It was ideal with room to gather, a park with pickle ball courts and playground just behind the house, a fenced in back yard, and nicely remodeled interior. James, our contact, was quick to respond to any questions we had. Very clean!!

Our group had an amazing stay at this property. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The fully stocked kitchen was helpful for cooking at the house. Beds were comfy and the sheets were silky soft! Hot water heater kept up for 6 ladies showering in the morning hours! Pickleball courts literally in the backyard at the park! Owner delivered some pickleball paddles and balls for us to hit up to courts! Such a fun surprise! Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Would absolutely stay here again!
