What an experience! We were so lucky to have such lovely weather for our stay. The location was beautiful and located on a small camping ground with pigs and chickens near by and a large open field to look out onto. The Yurt was exceptional, totally fenced in so our dog could roam around freely and lay in the sun. Inside, we had everything and more we could have possibly needed. We will definitely be back for more relaxing and adventures!

Great little get away even for one night was perfect. We used the gas bbq for breakfast and dinner, super easy to use and great views when cooking. Perfect for our dog to venture around but closed off to other campers with a bamboo fence felt like we were in our own little area. Inside was great! Had everything you could need (except cheese grater but that’s okay). We only traveled half hour but felt like we were so much further. Highly recommend to a couple with or without their dog 😊
Not a lot to dislike really! Our dog did keep getting out of the bamboo fencing as it’s not fully cornered off but put the dog on a long line if you needed. Not a problem though.

Really cozy place to stay. Owner was very welcoming and friendly. Very close to Canterbury City Centre. Everything we needed was already there before our arrival and the yurt was kept warm for us on arrival.
No complaints.

Very clean, cosy and secluded accommodation
Unfortunately there was no hot water at the time, but that didn’t bother us

The yurt is great and nicely arranged inside and with the facilities outside. We loved the Royal Doulton plates and mugs, they were a surprise! The bean bags were perfect in the space and having the woodburner made it very cosy. The clear top to the yurt was lovely with the natural light coming in as the morning began. The firepit was very welcome and the gas barbeque a brilliant way to solve making food. The trees and view of the field made it really relaxed and gave a welcome sense of being away from the everyday.
I'd have appreciated a warning that there was a problem with hot water because of a technical problem, so we didn't have that as a surprise when we arrived. Not a dislike, but it would be really handy to have a light foldup table for outside, as we enjoyed sitting by the fireput but also outside the yurt, chasing the sun!

A lovely quiet location, perfect for spending a relaxing evening, nice touch leaving a couple of welcome drinks, bread, butter and eggs, will look to stay again in the future
No issues for us, but the thermostat for hot water didn't work, so only cold water was available

It is a beautiful yurt for a short stay in lovely surroundings. It had all the essentials for cooking and the wood fire inside the yurt was lovely to sit by in the evenings. The eggs and bread were a lovely touch.
We were told we would have to run the water for a long time before the hot water would come through but when we tried we couldn’t get hot water at all after contacting the owners to find out if we were doing something wrong they said that is was broken without looking and we would not be able to get hot water which meant us doing the washing up via the kettle and saucepan and unable to have a shower using the yurt facilities but they did offer us a shower in their bungalow a couple of hundred metres away from the yurt.
