We went to Waco for graduation and since my daughter is a student in Dallas it was nice to have a home to accommodate my 3 kids, and their families. We were 7 adults and a 19 month old and we were very comfortable and not overcrowded. We had other family that stayed in the surrounding areas in hotels and we wanted to have graduation lunch and cake after but because of my parents being older they couldn’t stand up for the long waits. We ended up ordering in and had everyone(17people) come back to the house for lunch and cake. It worked out great for a short gathering before everyone headed back home. I was so grateful to have this place that was so accommodating, it was definitely a blessing. The owner was fantastic with communication and just a side note for the first time out of all the vacation rentals we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in more then a dozen in other states) the fact that they make the code for the door something we can remember was amazing. Usually I’m fumbling through my phone to get the code. I love this place! It’s now on my favorites list. Also, they did not jack up the price to ridiculous amounts for graduation like the hotels did. Again I love this place. Don’t look any further this is the house you want to stay in.

The house is great. Clean and comfortable. Of the reviews, 20 of the 22 did not mention the location but only how amazing the house was. Out of the two just said to be aware of the noise from the street, and the other gave a fairly harsh assessment. I figured with 20 positive and really just one negative review, it could be dismissed. So, I booked based on the pictures and the 20 reviews. This review is based on what I wish was highlighted about the property. The house is great. The location is not as great. It is on a busy thoroughfare, so there are lots of cars and noise at night and near a grill/bar and banquet hall that had parties each night which created more traffic. It is also near the main highway—which is convenient. The neighbor to the right has appliances on the porch and a grocery cart, plus other discarded items that are in view from the kitchen window, so when at the sink, you see the mess next door. There is a boarded-up house across the street, so when the front window shade is up, you see that house. Waco is being revitalized, and we all know that, so this isn't about that. I know the neighboring property's condition isn't this property's concern, but I would have liked more info in the listing and pictures, at least showing the street and fence line. Also, we never got to Baylor in less than 6 minutes, though the listing states 2 minutes, and that was via the highway; still not a lot, but I thought we would be closer to walk possibly. I should have asked.

Really super nice house , with stylish decor and great location for all the activities we did -
The sprinkler system that went on at 3 am and hit the windows loudly and repeatedly woke me up !! But other than that this house was awesome!!

The house is comfortable and very clean. The access to Baylor University and Magnolia is very convenient. The neighborhood was rather questionable. Mostly rundown homes, loud neighbors, barking dogs kept us awake along with excessive highway noises. Loved the backyard fire pit but the traffic noise ruined it for us. Because of the neighborhood we wouldn’t stay here again. I’m sorry to say this. It’s a shame because the house is adorable. Washer and dryer is always a bonus. Gourmet gas stove was very nice. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me and it passed this test. But I would not have felt comfortable being in the house alone. Possibly the nearby Bus terminal contributes to the the vagrant population we encountered.

As everyone has said, the cleanliness and general atmosphere of the home were beyond satisfactory. The host was very thoughtful, responsive, and helpful to say the least. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. The house is on a pretty busy street, so bring white noise if you're a light sleeper. Close to everything, which was great!

Great proximity to restaurants and silos and surrounding entertainment. Beautiful immaculately clean house. All amenities were awesome, most rentals don’t provide that stuff so this was definitely a plus. Surrounding houses seem to be getting renovations, wonderful stay and would definitely rent from Michelle again!!

Enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and comfortable. We were visiting a friend who goes to Baylor and the location was convenient for all of us. Didn't get to spend much time in the nice, flat, fenced in yard but could have a good time out there. The next door house was really trashy but the neighbors were quiet and to themselves. We were happy with our stay.

Michelle’s house is as beautiful in person as in pictures!
It was probably the best home rental we have ever stayed at. It was spotless and so warm and comfy. They have added every detail imaginable to make your stay perfect. The back yard is nice and with a brand new fence! Our dog loved it! We will definitely book this house again when we are back in Waco!

We stayed at this property while moving our son in for his junior year at Baylor University. The location ended up being very convenient to the places that we needed to go. The house is extremely nice. Everything is new and clean and well decorated. We had everything that we needed. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings in the rocking chairs in the backyard.
There are some older houses on the street but we found everyone to be very nice and it was quiet and peaceful.
Michelle was a great host.

If there weren’t other reviews, I would have thought we were the first family to rent this house! It was probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. My kids enjoyed the backyard and the large TV! We are a family of 5 and everyone was very comfortable. The coffeemaker and Kind snack bars were very appreciated!! Will definitely rent this home again next time we’re in Waco!

We traveled to Waco for a family girls trip to see all things Magnolia. This home was a beyond beautiful place to stay for our weekend away. It was cozy, clean and updated with beautiful decor. This home was only a 5 minute drive to Magnolia which made it so convenient to see and do everything we wanted during our time in Waco. The host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had and offer recommendations. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Waco! It was definitely a highlight for our trip.

We started out with no hot water but the owner was quick to resolve that matter. The house is very nice everything looked really new. It was comfortable for our group of six. If I could make a suggestion it would be to remove the two top bunks in the kid room since they are too close to the ceiling fan. I would rent again and I would stay there again thank you so much.
