Stunning, 1 of a kind property...an old family estate, restored/remodeled into a hotel/B&B. Very high end, tasteful decor. Incredibly ample & delicious breakfast. Staff were extremely warm and friendly. The extensive garden walking paths are full of whimsical surprises and beautiful old trees. Amazing spot!!!

A family estate in a beautiful park

The place is a carefully (and with a lot of taste) restored family estate that is located in the national park. We were lucky to have a bouquet of roses in the room — a very sweet touch. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. I asked for the tour of the rooms and can recommend staying in the daughter’s room in the main house. Best view!

Maria was so lovely! We enjoyed hearing about the history of the home and property. The garden was really spectacular! We absolutely loved our stay and were happy to enjoy a crackling fire on a cool spring evening!

Unnacceptable continue to find negligence and cruelty to animals

Unfortunately a bad experience. Despite the beauty of the guesthouse, property and garden the fact of witnessing mistreatment and negligence with the pet dog, made our stay completly impossible to the point that we left with anticipation. It is inadmissible, unacceptable and serious that a guesthouse of your category, with a proposal of excellence in sensitivity and attention to the detail in the house and gardens, shows cruelty and lack of care and empathy with your pet dog.

We would like that our dissatisfaction as guests, the anticipation of our departure, the mails we sent after our stay reporting our displasure (without any answer from the hosts) and this review, could allow the hosts to a new reflection on animal life and lead them to look for a more dignified and fair solution for the life of the young and adoranle dog that is trapped in the kennel., in so precarious conditions.

Very nice stay

The room was very nice and clean, breakfast good and the garden amazing. All staff members were very helpful and nice. It was overall really nice area but does require a car to move around and to the city. The place was really calm.

The air conditioning kept turning on and off being very loud time to time, which was rather disturbing during the night. The room was quite small and lacked space to leave luggage and stuff. However, the stay was overall very nice.
