Hotel is good but carpet condition and any adour smell in the room needs proper inspection by Hotel

Hotel is good however the Room carpets is not hygenie. There is heavy dust mite odour smell from the carpet. The staff also experienced when they seen the room. Hence the manager provided another room with clean carpet. Thanks to the Hotel staff.

Very Average stay needs improvement

Like they adjusted to cook as per allergy request

The room have mite insect problem had to change room twice. Though they changed the room the property needs thorough insect clean up due waterproofing issues. Mold in bathroom caused discomfort. Over all not good for families who are travelling and have kids. Might lead to additional stress. Needs a lot of improvement with maintaining the property upto the brand name. Management needs to be rethink its strategy and maintaining travelers from abroad.

Novotel Kochi needs to be renamed as "NoHotel" Kochi

Novotel was a complete disaster of a stay. No value for money. I paid upfront for the full stay. They charged me for an extra bed without a cot and expected us to sleep on the floor.

The reception staff were rude and argued with us on wrong terminologies.

The breakfast is amazing. The restaurant staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Me and my wife use to stay in this hotel a lot every time we come to India. But this time was little bit different than all this time. I can see something really messed up in that hotel management. Because it use to be a great hotel in kochi. This time we had a horrible experience. I pay almost 10k for one night stay and our room doesn’t have towels the mirror was so dirty. The bedsheets was use one. I could smell someone sweat. I call 3 time to get some towels but they don’t answer the call. Try to book the spa for couple massage but they say they are shot staff. The pool was so dirty with hair bunch of sands etc. I don’t think the money I pay is worth for this hotel. If it’s going like that i can guarantee this hotel will be going to a big loss. Hope the management will notice and take care more. Hope the best for people who going to stay.

Everyone know Liquor sales stop at 11pm in Kerala but no need close the bar area only stop liquor sales

It was a relaxing experience.

I enjoyed the spa … lalrindiki who was my masseuse was great . I enjoyed my spa time at Tattva .

Non smoking floor but my room stank of cigarettes initially ! The TV ( Tata sky) had no English channels which was disappointing.

Overall ,my stay was good.

The location is ideal one. The breakfast also looks good.

There is dormitory facilities for personal drivers. Also less parking facilities. The lost & found department should inform the guests immediately after the check out, if they lost something at your hotel.

Overall ok for the value paid

Rooms were clean & maintained , roof top swimming pool & health club was good

Had to wait for the room after reaching 1.5 hours later than the checkout time, access cards were issued later due to network issues.

Overall a very good experience, would love to be back soon

Excellent service, good & tasty spread for the breakfast, very good ambience. Was there only for a night, hence couldnt explore the other facilities, would love to visit again and stay longer

Ordered for a la carte dinner for family and relatives, service of the main course could be a bit faster, waiting time was too long

the manager Mr. Nithin. his professionalism is the reason I’m giving this stay a positive review.

I checked in late due to my flights arrival time. when I checked in, I found that the bedsheets were filthy and had stains all over them. also the chairs were filthy. i reported this to property with photos. i had to request for a bed sheet change that night. the manager Mr. Nithin called me up the next day and sorted everything and even upgraded my room. a real professional and class act. he is the reason I am giving this stay a positive review.

Nice hotel to stay in Kochi.

Location is close to info park. Breakfast and dinner spread is adequate and food is tasty. Service manager and staff are very polite and helpful. Overall a good hotel to stay.
