Super Apartment

Es war sauber. Weiße Tücher und Bettwäsche. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und hat alles, was man für tägliche Nutzung braucht. Es sind wenige Meter Entfernung zum Strand und paar Minuten zum Supermarkt. Ein gutes Restaurant auch direkt daneben. Wir waren mit Apartment völlig zufrieden.

Einziger Punktabzug für große Löcher in Sonnenschirmen im Poolbereich draußen. Die sollen definitiv ausgetauscht werden.

Luxuriöse , grosszügige Terrassenwohnung direkt am Strand

Gute Ausstattung, gute Lage, grosse Terrasse, gute Heizungsanlage, Service korrekt. Ausserhalb der Saison akzeptables Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Hellhörig. Der einzige Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse defekt.

Very Clean. Very well equipped. Spacious. Washing machine. Helpful and friendly receptionists.

Musty smell and cold - property obviously hadn’t been used for some time so in my opinion didn’t offer value for money. Location - didn’t feel safe there and unpleasant smells on the beach. Old fashioned.

Freeze in a mostly closed resort

The resort is closed yet they will still rent you a room. Good luck figuring out how to check in. The property is locked up and there is no note telling you to go to a nearby property that is also mostly closed. We drove around for hours and finally talked to a woman walking her dog who told us where to go. We explored all around the dark building and finally found an envelope with our name on it. If you think you will be able to park in the underground parking, forget it. It will be a long hike to your unit. Also, of course there are no bars or restaurants open but it did not say so in the listing. We starved. There is nobody who works there on site. Worst though, the unit was freezing. We had to leave after one night. So did the mother and daughter who were at the other property when we went to complain and check out. Because we were unable to register the night before, the receptionist agreed to check us in and out at one time. The property is refusing to refund our money for the second night. This is a clear example of "bad profits." Businesses that go for bad profits never succeed. Don't stay here.

Property is closed but they'll rent you a room anyway. Freezing. No services. Stay away.

Wouldn’t want to stay in the back part of that complex again, a shame as last visit was brilliant!

we have stayed before and had a great time! it’s in a fabulous position, right on the beach, restaurants nearby!

The flat was at the back of the complex, so had hardly any sunlight. it was very damp and smelled of damp, the bed smelled of body odour and being unwashed. it was not pleasant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Shower head, you had to move around to get wet. Very officious receptionist immediately telling us to leave property exactly as we found it, nothing left in fridge, all washed up etc! very welcoming.Not.

Super apartment in beautiful location

The sea view is a real added bonus to a beautiful apartment. Superbly clean rooms, very well equipped kitchen, spacious balcony and roof top terrace. Wi-Fi was good to have. Staff at main hotel were very helpful. Small supermarket nearby. Good restaurants within walking distance. 15 minute walk to Elvira for shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. overall a smashing location. 20 minutes (€20) taxi ride to Marbella.

There is nothing really to complain about but a welcome pack would have been useful for information about how to manage the air conditioning and safe, but the staff at the main hotel helped us with all queries.

The location with the Garden, the Sea and the swimming pool. The weather was nice but the Sea water was cold middle of September, we did swimm nevertheless. Kitchen was well equipt.

The beds with the sheets had a smell, i think from the humidity, the furniture is very old.

We booked a single bed apartment which was awful. We paid more and upgraded to a 2 bed - great !

2 bedroom apartment was spacious and had a great outside space and view

The keys had to be collected from a different building to the apartment. This was not clear and was very confusing. We had to find someone (another guest) who could help us. The following day another new arrival was wandering around looking for reception and asked us for help so it is obviously not clear
