Room was spacious. Pool gate was hard to unlock on the north side. Great area that was not too busy. Great water pressure in showers. Enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. Only thing I wish was different was that I could pay for an additional parking spot, but most days I found an additional spot on the road that was relatively close.

First, we were expecting 2 parking spots because we had chosen a 3 bedroom in order to include adult children and family coming in a different vehicle.🚗 we expected laundry facilities in the Condo. ( which we have had in similar condo properties in the same area. ) we didn’t expect to have to go to a separate floor with a washer and dryer, that you had to waste time keeping an eye on.
We expected a heated pool. Not one that had issues, without a backup heating system. So my granddaughters only enjoyed 1 day in the pool, before it was out of commission. We also felt that without any shade in the pool area, umbrellas would have been nice. A broom and dust pan to sweep up sand would have been useful.
In the condo itself, more towels should have been available for a weeks stay. ( 2 hand towels in the kitchen is pretty limited) Considering we paid with all included almost $4000 for the week, I felt it wasn’t worth it! We are a frequent renter of Condos, so we have expectations as well as experience!

Vacation stay
Easy to reserve and check in and check out process was easy and had no problems. Older facility but room had been updated. Although the cleanliness of the room was lacking and I had to spend time cleaning when we arrived . Dust on everything and floors where so dirty . Everything else was nice just wish it was cleanser.

Great location, disgustingly filthy
The location was spectacular. I wish I could say the same for the cleanliness of the unit. I was absolutely astounded at the amount of dust/dirt on every surface. The ceiling fan in each room had a layer of dust at least 1/4 inch thick. The glass surfaces of the tables in the living room and in the bedrooms were all completely dust covered. The sliding door to the balcony was smudged with hand prints. There were food and blood (yes, blood) stains on the bed skirts in the bedrooms. The pots and pans in the cabinets were still caked with food. Lastly, I reached behind a dresser to plug my phone in only to see pieces of garbage behind and under the unit. Again, the location was great but I really hope a deep cleaning is in the works before someone else is subject to such filth.

This was my first time on the gulf and lived it. Emerald Isle condo was perfect location for a week at the beach. Watched the waves while having coffee on the first floor balcony every morning then walked down to the beach once the children were up. Overall a clean and comfortable condo but do feel the furniture in the twin bedrooms could be better shape my daughters headboard banged against the wall every time she moved so had to pad it with my clothes! Would definitely return in the future and would recommend resort rentals who couldn't have been nicer. We also had a wedding to attend at the doubletree which was an easy walk. Pool and grounds and front lobby kept pristine ! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Never having vacationed in Florida, I wasn't sure what to expect. I knew I wanted a place that was on the ocean, but also had a pool and that wasn't going to be running rampant with drunk teenagers. Emerald Isle #103 was the perfect spot. The condo sits right on the beautiful beach which made it easy to take walks or just lay out. It was an easy drive to John's Pass or to other shopping areas. I highly recommend staying at this property and look forward to next year.

The sliding glass door to the balcony is and has been the last 2 years very difficult to open and close thereby limiting use of the balcony, which is a major amenity. This property is clean, comfortable, in a good location, has a nice pool and a great view of the ocean. The pool heater was not turned on when we arrived (call #1 to Resort Rentals). Two of the three bedrooms are on the common hallway directly across from the elevator. The elevator is very noisy. Unless you are a very heavy sleeper you may want to consider ear plugs (seriously). The kitchen and bathrooms do not have GFCI plugs so if you trip a breaker you will have to call Resort Rentals (call #2). The breaker panel is located in the unit's laundry room which the owners have chosen to lock and not allow renters access to. The closest laundry is on the second floor across from the elevator. Resort Rentals provides "an initial supply" of toilet paper and paper towels. This equates to ONE roll of each in the kitchen and bathrooms - Kleenex was not provided. Also, do not forget to pack laundry and dishwasher detergent as these are not provided, either. One set of keys we were given was worn out and did not work reliably, which Resort Rentals replaced (call #3). The WiFi was not working when we arrived which was corrected by resetting the modem, a process that had to be repeated almost daily despite the hand-written instructions from the owner saying not to reset the modem. Resort Rentals was very responsive and professional to all of our concerns. Overall, not a terrible experience but I would probably not stay here again.

We stayed in a three bedroom condo which included 6 people, 2 of which were teenagers. We were only given two keys for 6 people. The complex was in complete lock-down and I felt like I was imprisoned by the keys. To get to the beach, we had to unlock two locks (not too bad). But to go from the beach to the room, we had to unlock four locks (terrible). I love the idea of security but please change the lock and key system to touch-pad system with a code.

if you are looking for a great family vacation or just want to relax this is the place. It is laid back and not aloud party area. The beach is wonderful, you can walk for miles, watch the Dolphins, swim and take in beautiful sunsets. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and a trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd. The property itself is well maintained. Although the key situation is a pain, it makes it more secure. You need a key to not only access the building but the pool area. The pool is nice and there are boogie boards and sand toys available. The room has 3 bedrooms, a television with On Demand capabilities, a kitchen with most of the pans you would need and an awesome view. Like most rentals it's not brand new and could use a little work but it's in relatively good condition.

For the third year in a row we enjoyed a wonderful time at Emerald Isle. The weather helped by being perfect for the whole month of March. The building is perfect because it's small so the pool area is never too busy.The unit was for the most part well appointed and had been upgraded since last year. The living room furniture is wonderfully large and comfortable. However, a few improvements need making: the dining room suite could be replaced (the chairs are much too low!), the main bedroom bed and bedding need replacing and some of the kitchen dishes should be replaced.But we had guests twice and there was lots of room, with a much appreciated second ensuite.We have booked for next year because we like the building so much.

We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Isle in a 3 bedroom apartment. It allowed us to have our family down for a visit with ample room and very adequate furniture.However, the dining room furniture,kitchen equipment and beds were rather "tired". It looked as if they had been there for a couple of decades. In contrast the living room furniture looked very new, and was VERY comfortable and appropriate for the number of people occupying the unit.Overall a lovely visit, and we have renewed for next year, despite the drawbacks mentioned above.

We had high expectations and all of them were met at the great location, the cleanliness of unit, and the overall amenities that were provided. The company was great, the employees in the office were friendly and helpful. Little bit of a drive to pick up and drop off keys. The condo was clean, well equipped and the pato overlooking the gulf was wonderful. I would definitely return. The keys are problematic, you need them to get into the pool, out to the beach, etc. so problematic but good security.

My family and I stayed at Emerald Isle #103 during the week of July 20, 2015. The condo was perfect, as was the beach. If you are looking for a quiet, family friendly beach, this is the one. Even during peak season, the beach was never busy. The condo was even better than pictured. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. There were two beach chairs in the room, and two umbrellas. We brought a 10x10 canopy, and had plenty of room to set it up each day. We loved our week, and are definitely looking to come back as soon as possible! Some people have complained about all the gates to unlock, but it really wasn't an issue. If anything, it just made us feel safer. Thanks for the wonderful and relaxing stay!

Not clean inside. Needs a serious deepClean. Did have a chair broke and they fixed right away. Took the visitor parking spots away and literally have to maintenance. No one even parked in them all week. The doors to pool and to beach need replaced. Keys struggled to go in and unlock.

Clean. Did have a chair broke and they fixed right away. Took the visitor parking spots away and literally have to maintenance. No one even parked in them all week. The doors to pool and to beach need replaced. Keys struggled to go in and unlock.

Positives: easy to book, easy check in/key less entry and parking, spacious condo, nice linens and furnishings, decent kitchen amenities and some extras like tupperware, coffee filters, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs. Great location, small and secure building, clean/warm/maintained pool. Negatives: the cleaning staff are not doing their jobs - they are doing the bare minimum and this place needs a deep clean. The balcony has a black algae that sticks to your shoes/feet and is being tracked all over the floors. I scrubbed the floors myself with crystals from a dish tab and wipes and the water was black. The master bath had loads of grey hair in the drain, slime on the shower door frame and hard water stains all over. The toilet has mold all along the rim. The kitchen cupboard door handles are sticky and the cupboards need a good scrub. The queen bedroom night stand had a used flosser and pieces of chocolate all over it. Both shower heads have a lot of build up. The coffee machine is not working well. The furniture on the balcony is old and not comfortable. I am rating the property manager as unprofessional because they did nothing to help our friends in 101 had a horrible experience and nothing was done.

Florida beach stay
The property is run down and dirty the view and area are great. I have rented many places and this one was one of the most run down properties I have rented. The last day check out was 10 am and the cleaners walk in at 9:15 am 4 of them it was very uncomfortable I left immediately however, I didn’t like it especially when the place was filthy when I arrived.

Not happy!!
The condo was nice, but not clean. Shower in guest bath had not been cleaned. Broken lamp in bedroom, one out of three in that room worked. We were given 4 towels for 6 adults for the week. We checked in on Sat, called left message at Resort Rentals and left text message. An on call man brought us 4 more towels, Sunday, but we were never contacted by Resort Rentals to address our concerns. We called them on Friday and they had no explanation to why they had not followed up on communication. Upon checking out we realized our keyless door had not been working, door was not locking when it
closed. Not pleased with this rental.

The Condo was exactly as it was described. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. One downfall was that there was no linen service. We thought that a washer and dryer was in the condo but it was on another floor. It was very difficult to attain quarters for the machines. Having to wash and dry towels and washcloths every day put a damper on our stay. But other than that it was a lovely stay.

The vacation was extremely enjoyable. Unit 103 was very nice. The only complaint is the master bed room mattress and bed need replacing and or repair.Met other guests throughout the week and we all planned to return and share the week again.An owner was on site and addressed some issues of smokers poolside and balconies.
