A peaceful stay in the heart of Rabat

The property was well-located and clean. I only spent two days on the property but it was overall a good experience.

Although I can't name obvious shortcomings, and maybe because I am a coffee addict, but the coffee machine I found there was of bad quality and didn't work as intended.

لم يكن هناك إفطار مجاني إنما الخدمة ذاتية أعجبني أن كل الخدمات في الشقة متوفرة كأنك في البيت وجود سخان للماء كهربائي أفضل من الغاز شطاف في الحمام شقة نظيفة مرتبة لكن يبدو أنها ليست جديدة قريبة من الخدمات والبقالات وبعض المطاعم

لا يوجد مكتب يعمل مدار الساعة / ولكن مضيف مستعد لاستقبال الطلبات أي وقت

Find somewhere else! I wouldn’t stay here again with my family

The location and our host Ismail was fantastic. Ismail was always reachable and we cannot thank him enough for his kindness. I would have given this place 1/10 but we have it 5/10 for Ismail. The location of the apartment was fantastic and the property has the potential to be amazing.

Everything! Sadly so many things were broken and the pictures are absolutely not a true representation of the apartment. We were disappointed. The table in the sitting room was broken - actually it was dangerous. The door handles to the bedrooms were not attached. The kitchen had a few knives but no cutlery, a couple of glasses and plates. The bathroom sink was blocked. Basically the whole apartment needs an upgrade. I would not stay again or recommend.

All equipment in kitchen was dirty. The cleaning is at cost the facilities they say they have are not replenished, eg soap, toilet paper. Family of 3 staying two weeks, paid upfront. No bedding changed, no clean towels. Only one AC unit and it didnt work, TV in room didnt work. It was terrible.

Très bon emplacement, appartement agréable, assez bien équipé et très bien chauffé. L'hôte est accueillant et réactif.

Moderne mais certains éléments sont usés (poignées de porte, baignoire, mobiler, literie...)

Very nice place and good communication with the landlord. Not really any faults. Good to have a key code instead of a key!

Just the ac didn't work in the main living room. He did attempt to fix it but I was not available to let anyone in. Maybe put a few more pillows on the bed Compared to the rest of the apartment I think the bathroom could do with remodeling to match the rest of the place.

Good Location

The location was very good. The owner himself was helpful. Overall the apartment was clean apart from the condition of bath and the kettle. The owner provided us with extra toilet roll and gave us some Starbucks pods which was kind of him.

The bath and the kitchen sink was rusty and especially the condition of the bath. Did not feel I could have a shower in there made me feel disgusting. It definitely needs replacing. The kettle had limescale so didn't use. I was told I would find a hair dryer but there wasn't one. Difficultly setting up the ironing board which just collapsed and the clothes airer I couldn't get to stand. Netflix was on but somehow during the stay was uninstalled which didn't get fixed.

Perfect apartment for 4

Pretty much everything about this accommodation. The location is strategic enough; many restaurants nearby, and a few markets are within walking distance. Rabat Agdal Station is only 15 mins away by foot. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything works well (the kettle, the toaster, the oven etc) The bathrooms are clean (and as Asians we really appreciate that they have hand showers/bidets by the toilets). The living room is spacious enough for 4 people; we got to watch the soccer game together when Morocco was playing. The bedrooms are both comfortable, there are plenty of storage spaces, between the drawers under the bed and the wardrobe by the wall. Everything is very well thought of and it comes with a very budget friendly price.

The accommodation was of an excellent standard, very well sound-proofed and comfortable. The owner is very helpful.

The TV connection to the Internet is unreliable and the coffee maker only worked sporadically.

What a great place to stay! Our first trip to Morocco.

Outstanding experience and place. This was our first time in Morocco. This place was was perfect for our family of four adults. Clean, comfortable, great location. The owners/managers of this lovely two bedroom apartment responded promptly to any questions. They provided us with helpful information. They were kind and smart and friendly. With a short taxi ride, we were able to catch the train north or south for day trips. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rabat!

Seriously, we like everything!
