Very nice and pleasant masseria in a good location a few km from Ostuni. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good.
However, because the price and rating were high, we also had high expectations and would like to point out some things for improvement.
Only 2 beds were prepared even though we booked for 3 people so we had to wait for them to come back and make the third bed as well.
The beds were short and my husband had to have his legs outside the bed. The beds were also too hard for my taste (but some people prefer hard).
We received a small handbook with information (rules and prices) which was not completely correct. It was written in the book and at the reception that different kinds of pastries would be served from 3 pm, but when we got there at this time, the staff said it was from 4 pm and only one cake was served.
The book stated that a taxi into Ostuni could be ordered for 20 euros and at the reception they informed that the taxi accepted credit cards. When we arrived, however, the driver said that it cost 25 euros instead of 20 euros and also that they only took cash. My husband then had to walk around looking for an ATM to be able to pay the taxi.

The food and service were very good .
The rooms are just three star quality and are 50 per cent OVERPRICED . Bathroom was small and the shower almost unusable .

Charming, spacious room with a fireplace and spa tub. Lovely family owned and run property with fruit laden trees and warm hospitality. Spectacular breakfasts and a delicious dinner; quite literally farm to table. We were there off season so it felt very intimate. Well situated to enjoy the region.
Don’t let GPS take you there on the narrow walled roads between olive groves! You are only 5 minutes from Ostuni and several hundred yards from Route 29.

A beautiful masseria, which we would highly recommend. We travel a lot, and would put this hotel in our top 5. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The grounds are done in such a romantic way and there is such attention to detail, including fires in the evening. You couldn’t fault the service and the friendly staff and owners who would always go above and beyond. The restaurant food and wine was exceptional.

This is a family owned business with a lot of charm and character. Daniele and his father are exceptionally pleasant and were attentive to everything. The entire staff seem to really enjoy working at the facility and were wonderful. Our evening aperitivos in front of an outdoor fire were memorable. We also enjoyed the dinners which were mostly prepared by Daniele’s mother. Finally, the swimming pool and lounging areas around the pool where great.
While the breakfast were very good and included a large selection of homemade pies and cakes, the prepared eggs (from their own hens) would have benefited from some accompanying sides (bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.).

The hotel had a lovley relaxed & tranquil feeling, the staff were very attentive in a low key way and the grounds & hotel faclities are kept to a very high standard ......all the time! The ambience was particularly impressive at night where the use of lighting ( including candles & fire pits ) made for a very romantic dinner on our first nightand off course the great food & wine helped as well !

The staff and food were INCREDIBLE! I had written ahead about my gluten allergy and they had home-made gluten-free goodies waiting for me! The dinners were among the best we had our entire time in Italy.
The rooms and facilities felt out-dated. The fan in our room was very loud and the shower so tiny you could barely fit in it! Many of the pool chair visors were broken and generally not in great condition. The location is very close to the town of Ostuni which is great for making day trips into town, however given the description and photos we were expecting more of a pastoral/rural retreat away from other buildings.

This is one of the absolute best stays we have had. The staff are wonderful and the food was outstanding! The Masseria itself is beautiful- a very peaceful place with comfortable rooms/beds, a big swimming pool and plenty of options of places to relax. Would definitely recommend. I would also recommend anyone visiting this area in general to rent a car- we drove in to Ostuni a few times (just 5 minutes) and was able to find parking right near the Old Town very easily.

The masseria was beautiful, very well designed with all comforts & a great large pool. You are in the countryside just outside Ostuni so very peaceful but restaurants near by with a car or they will organise a taxi for you.

This is an absolutely exquisite way to spend time in Ostuni. Daniele and his staff make everything perfect for every guest. The are entirely focused on creating a serene, picturesque experience for their guests. The breakfast is a wonderful experience but the dinners (reasonably priced at 48 euros) are a culinary masterpiece. I am going back in 2023 with my husband.
Nothing to say for this.
