I like the place, the surroundings, the staff
The room wasn’t blocked time to time

I had breakfast included, it was quite good. Regarding the room - the facilities were rather simple, which was totally OK for me as I stayed just one night to proceed my travel further. There is a great supermarket near the hotel, which was really convenient to buy some food for further travel.
Generally, the cost vs what I got in this hotel seems OK to me.
The bathroom was quite ok too, the only issue was with the shower - the cover, which was aimed to do the water shower itself, fall out which was making difficult to take normal shower. I reported that on the reception, hope it will be fixed.
Also, the shower cabin sagged when I stepped in.
And finally, the bad cover was sintetic, so during the sleep I felt a kind of hot.

Not the best breakfast, but rooms are quite nice and silent
More attention should be payed to cleaning.

That's classics of three star hotels: big room count over 10 floors, room service and in-hotel restaurant, nothing special but clean and tidy, a bit oldschool room interior (but WiFi of course is present!) and so on. I haven't been in such a hotel for ages, and it was a pleasant and nostalgic feeling. Everything was just ok!
Could have been more in-room snacks and coffee, hygienic stuff and so on, but it's not very important really. More significant, someone from the stuff tried to enter the room just in time we were dressing up in the morning, and it could have been cringe, if not for the manual door lock. They apologized, however, it was not very ok :) we ordered nothing, so I suppose it was room cleaning who didn't realize we were inside! Hilarious

The phone in the room guests should be able to make and revceive local calls

The breakfast was good. Room was rightly made ready. It was all nice.
But there was no one who can lift our luggage and take it to our room.
We by ourself have to carry the heavy luggage to our room after so much tiering travel and hectic schedule.
Rest of the stay was pleasent.
Noone to carry the luggage to the room. and no proper response on room serive.
