Great overall stay

Loved ocean view & lounge areas

The amenities were ok- not spacious at either pools though. Despite me putting the sign for the room cleaning, they never came for all 3 days so that was frustrating. I didn’t get a toothbrush and my curtains didn’t work, though they were fixed later.

Soirées et matinées correctes mais nuits très difficiles.

- La Clim - La proximité avec le métro, la plage, les restaurants et le centre commercial pour les achats de première nécessité - La vue mer - Facilité de check-in/check-out

- L’ISOLATION PHONIQUE quasi inexistante, autant sur l’extérieur (travaux, circulation, musique des bars) que sur l’intérieur (voisins bruyants qui nous ont empêchées de dormir toutes les nuits) - La douche qui fuit - Le non-remplacement d’un peignoir - Les ascenseurs trop peu nombreux pour le nombre de chambres et d’étages - La piscine qui ferme trop tôt - Lit passablement confortable - Trop d’interrupteurs pour les lumières

Il y avait des travaux à l étage du dessous dc nous étions réveillé par des coups de marteau piqueur

La proximité avec le métro et la plage

La non propreté de la piscine , elle n était pas chauffée non plus comme indiqué sur le site

incroyable mais déçu part quelques détails

la vue est belle, le lit est grands et comfortable

la fenêtre de la salle de bain n’était pas lavé donc impossible de voir à travers, la led qui bug et pas de poignée sur les fenêtre

Die Lage

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht für 2 Nächte und ich habe ausversehen einen Tag später als gewünscht Tag der Einreise eingetragen bei der Buchung , als ich im Hotel ankam wollten sie mir das Datum nicht ändern obwohl das Hotel leer war zu dem waren Bauarbeiten die sie gar ich angegeben haben vor der Buchung am morgen früh haben sie angefangen zu bohren und ich konnte nicht gut in den Tag starten , das Personal war sehr frech leider so etwas habe wirklich selten erlebt ich bin sehr viel unterwegs und 3 mal im monat in Hotels aber so etwas erlebt man selten wie dieses Personal , nach langen Diskussionen haben die mir doch noch das Datum umgeändert aber ich musste Staat 500 Euro 810 Euro bezahlen für 2 Nächte und das nenne ich totale abzocke , das Personal hat behauptet ich solle das mit booking klären booking meinte das das Hotel nicht mit spielt also es war grausam und die totale abzocke leider

Nice location, rooms needed redurb, dont upgrade!

Considering i paid for a superior room with balcony as an upgrade for my birthday i was greatly disappointed. The bed was horrible, it was on wheels. It was also a very small double bed. The bathroom was not well kept and had pink mould. The seal at the bottom of the shower screen was broken when we arrived, which caused the bathroom to flood when we took a shower. The room needs a refurbishment if changing a higher rate than the rooms on the 25th floor for example.

Séjour très sympa et l’hôtel est bien équipé et bien placé

Hôtel bien placé avec le centre commercial juste à côté! Le quartier est animé mais calme ! La vue le soir côté ville est INCROYABLE !!! La baie vitré donne sur toute la ville c’est magnifique ! Les chambres sont bien équipé et propre! Au top la consigne bagage pour laisser ses affaires et apprécier encore son séjour sans être encombré

Le bruit causé par les travaux à l’hôtel ! Il y avait même une échelle qui bloquait l’accès à l’ascenseur dès notre premier jour à l’hôtel.

Not worth the money, but still a nice hotel and right next to a beach, mall, and train station.

The room was big and spacious, with a lovely bed, and a great view. Cleaners usually did a great job with cleaning the room. Loved the shower with the different settings. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Kept your suitcases safe if you were to go out before or after checking out.

Definitely wasn't worth the money. Although the room was good, the elevators took forever – sometimes up to 20 minutes – to finally get to you. For half the trip, the middle elevator didn't even go to the bottom floor, you get to get out on the second and take the stairs, or wait for another elevator. The pools looked dirty with hair chunks in them, the rooftop one worse than the third floor one. I think the third floor one is cleaned hourly, but the rooftop one isn't cleaned until the end of the day. Food from room service was satisfactory, the bolognese I got was pretty bland with little flavour, and the chocolate lava cake thing I got was absolutely disgusting. Some staff members were nice, others just seemed annoyed at everything. I asked if there was anyway I could change my double bed to two single beds, as a friend has some issues with her hotel and needed somewhere to stay. One girl said yes, I would just have to ask in the morning so the cleaners could do it. I go down to reception in the morning and ask, and another lady said no because I booked for a double bed, but the double bed was clearly two single beds pushed together. TV didn't work either, and I told someone in reception, they said someone would come up to check, no one did.

Room and view of the sea was amazing. The bed was huge and very comfortable, I had better nights sleep than at home! Lobby bar is great and bartenders very attentive. Close to beach/sea. Great shopping center next door, restaurants on rooftop, easy access to center. Metro 5 mins away.

Ongoing reconstruction, pool on roof is nice but lacking something.

Great location for the auditorium, that's it. A taxi to the center is around 15-20€. The bed was comfortable.

They could've warned us before payment that the building was going through some major renewals. The entrance was packed with rubble, the "pool bar" didn't exist as it was under construction. You would then wake up at 8am listening to machinery, drilling and workers. When we informed the desk staff about this one the receptionists told us, no jokes, to look for another hotel. Luckily one of his colleagues, who understands what working in customer service means, calmed things down. Good for a quick stay when you are not planning to being in the hotel at all.

Over all enjoyed my stay and would return again in the future

The roof top pool and 3rd floor pool/bar were absolutely beautiful pool bar was a little dirty 1 of the days but were over all beautiful

The maintenance going on was a little annoying and the stair case lights were very dull

I’m totally satisfied with staying in Barcelona Hotel Princess

We stayed on the 15th floor and the city view is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. Another great thing is we can keep the luggage before checkin and after checkout time. They even have staff in the luggage room, which I can not find in other hotels.

We expect the kettle in the room so that we can have hot water for tea or coffee in the morning but they dont. However we understand that because they have a small bar
