The resort is not suitable for families

The breakfast is very poor, don't be fooled by the advertising pictures

The resort does not have shopping services near it, and it does not have a good kitchen, and the kitchen does not work except on weekdays, which is very bad, and the resort is old and has not been maintained for a long time

We got a great deal through Booking.com and couldn’t have asked for more. Hope we are able to have another great deal ne

very well kept up despite Covid! our villa had a plunge pool and onsen tub, perfect for after a game of golf, it also had it’s own kitchen which we never needed to use but it was well equipped. The inclusive breakfast was very good if not too much and the staff went out of their way to make sure you had everything you wanted.

the villa and pool very perfect could be more clean specially the glass and the area around the pool

the check in area and breakfast area was completely rundown and not considered 3 star also but the staff there were perfect and very helpful and the breakfast was good and accommodating

It is excellent for family time.

The room style is very suitable for family trip.

Every time I call, I feel that the receptionist tried to close a conversation ASAP with no extra request because your room is dealt. Other staffs are friendly. This is our first visit but we will be hesitated to return.

I loved the privacy of the location. Having a private pool villa is great, but the wall and locked gate were exceptional.

I wish the resort had been more upfront about dining. When I arrived, I was told to use the QR code to get the menu. When I tried to call room service I was told that they only serve breakfast, yet there were many items on the menu that did not come for breakfast and there were no times on the menu or anywhere to let me know when I could order what. Knowing guests have to look elsewhere for lunch and dinner, it would have been nice to get a directory or something.
