Très mauvaise gestion qui posse la clientèle a cherché des alternatives plus raisonnable ailleurs.

La chambres est assez grande L’emplacement est très bien

Services trop limités par rapport à d’autres hôtels de même catégorie. Manque de personnel, tu as l’impression que ils sont toujours là du coup fatigués, ce que les rendre pas aimables avec les clients. Comme si l’Hôtel est en restriction budgétaire, on paye cher la nuitée et zéro services l’après midi, l’hôtel est en LPD alors il faut mettre en disposition plus de variétés avec des prix acceptables car ce n est pas normale de payer 300 euro la chambre et après obliger de prendre un self limité à un prix exagéré sinon attendre une heure pour des pizzas chères sans goût. Le soir il n a rien à part un restaurant encore à prix très exagéré (18 dt la brik tunisienne!) Il faut crée des activités pour les adultes et les enfants. Sinon l hôtel est trop calme la nuit et la journée.

séjour TRÈS DÉCEVANT malgré avoir PAYÉ le prix fort en pensant trouver confort et repos.

l'espace, piscines et jardin.

TV en panne, pas de wifi dans la chambre presque 90% du tps. Manque de propreté (poubelle SDB sale à l'arrivée). Baignoire défectueuse. J'ai du réclamer panier de fruits et bouteille d'eau le jour de l'arrivée ainsi que les chaussons et la bouilloire+ tasses (qui étaient pourtant mentionnées lors de la réservation sur booking). Côté restauration, chef de salle lors du petit déjeuner qui criait sur le personnel et irrespectueux envers les clients non caucasiens. Room service overbooké. Mauvais accueil côté buffet, du coup nous avions préféré déjeuner et diner à l'extérieur. Le personnel à la réception était plutôt l'écoute et agréable mais visiblement dépassé par les doléances de la clientèle qui comme moi était désenchantée par les évènements.

Cher ,peu de personnel et peu compétent dommage car équipement hôtel au top

Attendre une heure qu on vous apporte des serviettes sortant de la douche en étant en suite ne pas les avoir être obligé d aller à la réception pour qu on vous dise qu ils n en ont plus Resto piscine 5 tables seulement Carte pour ouvrir la porte qui se démagnétisé 7 par jour Manque wifi dans la suite Tennis de tennis sans filet

I loved the property, the rooms, the services, and the facilities (massage, pool, and beach). This hotel deserves to be top-rated. Very comfortable stay.

There is room for improvement in the service staff at their restaurant and their beach otherwise my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable

really great, calm and good quality

everything was really great superb suite superb staff superb beach and swimming pool

some maintenance might be needed in some stuff like we could notice that the towels are a bit old and maintenance in the balcony is needed but I think it is normal after 2 years covid the guy responsible for the beach bar needs at least one more person with him, he is alone serving around 60 tables and he is still managing to deliver in an acceptable time

Avoid this tourist industry hotel

Bedroom are clean

I don’t recommend at all this hotel and definitely won’t come again ! first of all we waited more than one hour for the check in then we had to pay on top of our booking reservation for our baby (we travelled of and we never paid for the baby) This is a tourist industry hotel too big, you walk a lot to join your bedroom from the facilities The breakfast is very bad the quality of fruits and food are bad It doesn’t deserve the 5 stars hotel Very bad money value too expensive! Worst hotel we’ve been too and we travel a lot believe us and save your money !!!

Breakfast not that good. Before was better. Not enough chocolate in the crepe. Omlette was not a good quality..'. Before there was a fruits in the room.

Good hotel and staff but bad food

Very good staff. All of them were very nice and helpful.

Food from restaurant was really bad. Not what you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. I would really advise the administration to do something about the food quality. Also coffee from breakfast is not good.

Spacious rooms, and great spa.

My room's wi-fi didn't work, even after checking with the front desk twice. Secondly, the breakfast buffet needs more vegan options, such as hot oatmeal or creme of wheat.

Highly recommended Hotel especially during Pandemic Crisis and restrictions.

Breakfast was very rich comprising many local (Bsissa, Droo, Ftayer etc.) and international choices. Staff were very friendly in administration, reception, information, restaurants and beach. All COVID-19 requirements were followed as per our observations.

No major issues, but some local foods (e.g. couscous etc.) are only available on the dinner menu.
