I love this hotel and have stayed at it four times now. The staff are well trained, kind and courteous. The breakfasts are amazing. The bedroom views are lovely. The bedrooms and bathrooms are always super clean - and come with comfortable furniture. Parking is easy too.

The Room was very clean and huge. We had a tube and a shower in our bathroom what was fantastic!
Bed was so comfy and big. After a day of walking it was exactly what we needed!
The tube made a lot of Ra-ttttt noise by letting water into the tube. No curtain beside the tube.
Room was very hot and the duvet (feathers) quite thick. We had to open the window at 2-3 AM.
But the Bed was so so comfy :)

I have lost count of the amount of times we have stayed here. Great location for us as we take the Ferry from Fishguard. Our dog is also welcome and an added bonus is the Electric Car Charging facility. Food for dinner and breakfast was excellent too.
No complaints.

Everything about this property was perfect! They are pet friendly. The staff are warm and welcoming. The views are beautiful. Quality tiling and furniture. Had a luxurious stay.
Jacuzzi was not available and after a long day of driving in the rain it would’ve been such a delight. Sadly, we missed the part that said we had to book in advance. So, totally our fault.

Great service from the reception staff and the restaurant staff. They were really friendly and were kind towards our pets too giving them free treats. Highly recommend this amazing place.
Our room was above the kitchen so was hot. If it were winter, I wouldn't have minded :)

Staff were all brilliant, food and room were all as expected as previous reviewers had advised We were very happy with our decision to choose the hotel
It would be great if the sockets beside the bed could be moved to a higher level to make
charging your phone easier but that is being very pernickity

it’s a lovely old building with lots of character. Our room was nice.
The bathroom in our room got very hot and wet because there is no window and the fan just wasn’t strong enough. it was also very small. My friend and I both booked a luxury pedicure. The beautician that did my friends was so slow she didn’t get a massage or painted toes! My pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. I was covered in polish (all over my feet) and the beautician had put the machine that dries the gels on my foot so it was all chipped. It was so dark in the room that I think she either needs glasses or you need to change the lighting. I wish I had said more at the time as I feel like we shouldn’t have paid £50 each for such a bad experience. We were in a rush to catch a ferry. Again, as with the restaurant staff - inexperienced/not enough training.

We arrived quite late and were greeted warmly by the lovely lady on reception who kindly organised a dinner reservation for us. Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely spacious. The restaurant downstairs was a bonus and all staff most accommodating.

Beautiful quiet place, stunning room and scenery.
Nothing to dislike at all really

Having had severe delays return from Ireland due to adverse weather conditions the staff at the wolf castle Hotel were extremely understand flexible and very accommodating with arrangements to reschedule my overnight stop over.
Due to my arrival at the hotel being 4hrs late due to stena Line crossing being delayed, whereby I arrived at 2.30am instead of 10.15pm, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities as much as I would have liked however, I can't be more complimentary towards the staff for they're efforts to take the stress out of the situation at the time. The facilities I did use were excellent and would have no reason to believe the wider facilities would not also be of a high standard.

The reception staff were excellent. Offered to upgrade the room free of charge but too late.
The room. Skylight window looking over gable end of a house. We didn't expect this in a supposedly country house hotel. Wanted to have an evening meal and booked for one only to be told restaurant closed and only bistro open - disappointed.

Geat welcome on arrival. We had a upgrade which was great. The food was fantastic and the staff was friendly and nothing was roo muxh trouble
