The pool and aqua park was nice
The food was bad. It is an old hotel, only pool area is renovated. Old but spacious rooms. Too little staff, over crowded and too far away if you come by boat to the island. Too pricy hotel

Absolutely stunning hotel brilliant friendly staff

Beautiful place with nice views. The staff went extra mile to make your stay best as possible. Drinks were always cold and tasty. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. Entertaiment team were amazing with great spirit. Buffet had a lot of options and food was actually nice. We got fresh beach towels daily. Laundry service was really fast and cheap. Even tho there were a lot of kids, we felt like we were at adults only resort! There were lots of activities for the children.
We had to get up really early to get chairs at the pool. At 7am it was already too late! The reservation system for a la carte restaurants was a bit unfair. We were able to book only one dinner for the whole week and that was only for our last night. There was only one available slot left for us to book for the whole week.. in general it felt like you have to rush to get to enjoy to have a nice experience and benefit from the prize that you pay.

Breakfast is awful. Most food at the hotel is terrible
Staff look unhappy to be there and food was bad

The food was incredible. Plenty of options to sit by a pool or at the beach front. It was lovely and clean. Very large and spacious hotel.
It takes a while to get served, there are queues at all of their food places and extra long if you would like a drink. We tried lots of their cocktails and drinks, they did not taste very nice.

Best hotel I’ve ever started at. Room was spacious and clean. Oh my gosh the bed- I haven’t slept so well in forever. Staff so friendly and helpful. Food is was amazing. The pool are incredible ( found it too cold to swim, so swam in the sea instead). Amazing cocktails and choice.
I can’t live there forever

The hotel complex is located at the bottom of a mountain with spectacular views.
The hotel has a German focus. Very family friendly with lots of facilities and entertainment for children.
The staff was very nice and helped us every time we had a question or request.
The food was tasty, varied and good quality. We also particularly enjoyed the Smokey Grill A La Carte Restaurant's food.
The pools were very cold.
Everyone "reserves" sunbeds around the pool very early.

In a great location, the friendliest staff ever and the food was unbelievably good. We were treated with complete respect and was looked after by everyone, especially the head of guest relations.

It was not terrible all together, the staff was nice.
The food was ok for the most part.
The restaurants are not vegetarian friendly, the labels near each food item are often mistaken or mixed up.
No one is considerate of not cooking meat and vegetarian food together. I had to ask each morning from the omelette lady to bring out a clean pan for me because they mixed ham on the same pans for everyone. She did do that and was nice about it, but I still felt awkward to stop the heavy line behind me while she is doing that.
Besides that there are different restaurants in the hotel but they all mainly serve meat.
So the food was ok just not good enough for the proce I paid.
The hotel isn't very friendly for small children, my kids are 2, 4 and 6 years old. There isn't much to do for them. The pools aren't suitable for small children, they are all deep, starting at least 1.1 meters deep in the shallowest part.
Only one small toddler pool exists with no place to seat for the grown ups and no shade at all.
The kids club is small and boring, we got out of there after an hour and the staff paid no attention to our kids.

Lots of facilities, very very clean, high class food and drinks.
Families will definitely enjoy staying here, they are highly equipped and experienced for kids and babies.
The best thing is the wonderful team here - everyone are so nice and willing to help in order to make sure you'll have the best vacation.
I strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again in the future! :)

Staff were friendly. Our family room was large, well air conditioned and quiet. We enjoyed the beach.
The hotel was ridiculously busy, the staff were so busy and overworked. There were queues for everything. The pools look amazing but you can’t get to sit around them as the beds are permanently reserved with towels. The pools also close at 6 which for a hot country is so early. We loved the a la carte restaurants but we had a booking for one at 9 and the restaurant closed at 10! The main dining room is reminiscent of a an airport - super loud and busy.

Complete set of entertainment infrastructure in the whole facility.
- Pools to cold.
- Beach not children-conform (not sandy & suddenly deepening).
- Windy weather and rather cold sea (compared to northern part of Kos which is much more pleasant).

The food at the alacarte restaurants was good. Some of the staff were very friendly. The pool area is very beautiful.
This is not a 5 star hotel. I would say it is a nice 3 star. The customer service is not good. Everything is automated and hard to use. When we asked for help on simple things like changing reservations staff couldn't manage it and eventually gave up. Some staff were extremely rude. My friend was pulled out of a queue over dress code for no reason and embarrassed. When we complained the manager didn't seem to care and nothing was done. I witnessed a waiter making loud abusive comments about turkish people and remarks about killing them to a guest. Another guess and his family nearby were turkish, he obviously took offence and complained, nothing happened. The waiter carried on serving, the family had to leave. We saw them later on a tour, they were hungry because they missed breakfast. It was outrageous. Most of the rooms are far away from the main hotel up a steep hill. We paid extra for a bungalow, which is really just another accommodation block which is further away and more money than a hotel room. In short the facilities, customer service, rooms and food are in my opinion 3 star. We had a nice time once we got over that but I really don't understand how this hotel got a 5 star rating. I don't think it is worth the money. Just book a nice 3 star all inclusive at least it will be cheaper and you know what you will be getting for your money.
I don't normally make reviews but I was requested to make one on Facebook which I did. The hotels response was to deny I was a guest, call me a liar and generally be rude to me. Thats the level of customer service they are offering and that is why i took the time to make this review as I think the online image of this hotel is not a true reflection of what you will experience during your stay.

Everything was lovely.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful, all the time. Very nice food and drinks, nice beds and comfortable rooms, very nice roomservice (fridge completed every day, if you like 2x per day fresh towels, airco, etc.). Pools are great, gardens are wonderful and well maintained.
All perfect, so actually no comments. But if we must: Swimmingpools closed after 18h. And some suggestions: separate shower and bath (now showering whilst standing in the bath) and put signs in the bedroom halls: silence between 23h and 8h (f.e.).

there wasn’t anything I didn’t like

We only stayed one night after our climbing trip on kalymnos. Loved it: friendly staff, bath tub, comfy bed, lovely pool area, cocktails included.
I would've liked the buffet to cater better for a gluten free and vegan diet

Immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. Wonderful environment with gorgeous pool areas & nice beach with a cool beach bar.
Some days were too windy so it felt too cold to lie next to the pool - end of October.

The all inclusive hotel was great. Food, cocktails freely available at dining times, by the pool or on the beach. Rooms and hotel was clean. Evening entertainment was patchy but a highlight was the 'jersey boys' band. Service and staff were excellent.
Specialty restaurants were all booked up on arrival. We did get bookings after speaking with front of house manage Ionnis after making a complaint about rooms. The restaurants were great but the Asian looked the same as the fish and the grill ;-). Our rooms complaint was that our 'garden view' overlooked the car park, reception, bus and coach stop at the front of the hotel. When there was a power cut we found we were over the generator also. Hotel offered to move one of our rooms us but not both.
There was no heated pool out of the 6! lovely pools but very few people in them.
This is a group of 4 Mitsis hotels, a bus or taxi is required to go to the resort of Kardemeina or Kos Town.
4.5
The view from the room and the room itself which was clean and very confortable, the friendly cleaning staff, the food was good with many choices, the bar and restaurant staff were always smiling and kind. Almost everything good.
The strong wind in this area... We haven't swim for 2 days
2.5
Beach ok.
Low quality alcohol. Machine syrup soft drinks, no name local drinks in minibar e.g. Cola. Too many guests, very poor cleaning, few staff they are bored with their work. The same food is served in the restaurant every day, the service is long. was that they brought out a watered cola syrup in 20 minutes. What quality I could imagine in a 2 * hotel. Room cleaning staff marched out into the hallways loudly at 6 a.m., but failed to clean up for hours. I felt spared everything. Sunbeds are very few, always all busy. Overall, we didn’t feel good here. The next week we were at Mitsis Blue Domes, the perfect one.
3.5
Good hotel for families that want to stay inside the structure and relax
Crowded place, not in line with a 5 stars type of rating
1.5
I liked the pool area, or more so I would have liked the pool area if I didn’t have to force myself to wake up at 5am to get one of the beds near the pool. If you don’t do this, don’t expect to get a sunbed. Terribly organised and arranged by the management.
I fear I could spend half my day filling this box in. Yet, in the interest of time saved I’ll forfeit to a bullet pointed list.
1. The room I was offered was lacking any character. Much like the reception it felt empty, energy sapping and dated. I had to upgrade to a pool view family room which offered a taste more class and comfort.
2. The pool situation. As noted, the melee for a sunbed by the pool is horrifically organised and unless you intend on an army style wake up routine in the early hours of the morning then do not kid yourself into expecting a bed by the pool and settle for the beach.
3. The restaurants. Well, I actually stayed at this hotel because I thought they looked nice. In fairness, they did look nice in person too. The Asian restaurant food however was hugely underwhelming and lacking any authenticity. The grill restaurant was passable and I was unable to book the fish restaurant. The booking process for the restaurants is horrific, as, like the pools, the demand for restaurant bookings massively outweighs the supply. So, if somehow after reading this review you want to stay at the hotel, then please book your restaurants a fortnight in advance. The buffet lunch is actually quite good credit where it’s due, the creperie, pizza bar and drinks bars are all very good and well run and stocked.

The staff are wonderful
3.5
The hotel tries hard to keep every one happy by going out there way to help , lots of bars and facilities to do and go
They advertise sandy beach but it’s not it’s stones
The ala carte restaurants are all booked up so you can’t book in to them you have to eat in the Buffett restaurant
The location is in the middle of no where so nothing outside
3.5
Perfect location, absolutely helpful and worm staff! Always smiling and ready to help!
There is no Fitness center and no Spa facilities in Norida! They are in the hotel close by, and they don’t do appointments for the guests of Norida! Rooms are rather modest then chick. Food need a bit of flavor and upgrade!
4.0
Service, friendly staff, my infant daughter loved the people everywhere and the pools and also the water.
The wind was very strong and the rooms were not properly isolated, so the sound of the wind goimg through the rooms was terrible last 2 days and nights, barely slept.
4.0
lovely relaxing stay , nice location quiet and on the edge of kardamina
I think more due to the cover situation and being the last week open for the season the beach restaurant was virtually impossible to book a table and we found it annoying that you could only book it the day before and if you were lucky you might get a table ! the food was not very hot when served in there and despite the menu describing what was on offer they brought food served with other things and not what was on the menu ! the large buffet style restaurant food was much better and very well organised ,lots of choice but the inside restaurant felt like you were in a canteen which I didn't really like , but staff and food very good.

The room and the pools were great.
Couldn’t get a table in the grill restaurant
