Very relaxing stay, already planning our next visit!!

Staff were excellent. nothing was too much trouble. View of pool from our room the best. Opposite beach was very convenient with many colourful characters around. Breakfast was more than enough with staff friendly and helpful at all times.

Stairs to room but worth the inconvenience.

Nicer style accomodation in a cleaner part of town.

Pretty unique for Pattaya I think as it had Lovely Thai style wooden houses surrounded by plants and trees in a garden setting right opposite the beach 15 minutes away by car from the dirty concrete jungle of Central Pattaya beach. We had both upstairs and downstairs of the accomodation meaning we had a whole house for our family. Two nice swimming pools on site and the breakfast was not bad and had all the essentials but nothing fancy. Staff were friendly. There were also shops and restaurants nearby and a water park one block away.

Portions in the restaurant could have been a bit bigger and no fitness room but otherwise all very good.

Great Location, and amazing and personalised service and hospitality.

Great location, great staff, personalised service from the staff and specifically the owner(Debra). Just across he beach, and away from the infamous activities in Pattaya makes it a great boutique resort. We also got a free Family Shoot !! Will Visit Again

There is bit of upkeep required, and some construction going, however thats a very minor thing, the location, the staff and hospitality beats that :-)...

An unforgettable stay at the hospitable beachfront resort! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful resort that I would undoubtedly describe as a true oasis of greenery and tranquility. From the moment I arrived, I was overwhelmed by the hospitality and kindness of the owner and her team. The owner of the resort was truly an angel. Her warmth, friendliness, and loving nature were heartwarming. She took the time to greet me, ensured that I immediately felt at home, and was always available to answer my questions. She went beyond being a good host; she was truly a thoughtful person who made my stay extraordinary. The resort itself was breathtaking. The lush greenery enveloped the entire surroundings, making me feel completely secluded from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was like a hidden paradise where I could finally relax and unwind. And best of all, the resort was right on the beach! Every morning, I was greeted by the sound of birds and waves, and I could enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. I can sincerely say that I couldn't have imagined a better stay. The hospitality, kindness, and care of the owner made my experience unforgettable. The resort itself provided everything I needed: tranquility, greenery, and a perfect beachfront location. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. If I had the opportunity, I would visit this resort again without hesitation. My gratitude to the owner and her team cannot be expressed enough. Thank you for creating an unforgettable experience and providing a home away from home.

Location on the beach, nice pavillon near the pool (furiture a little old), breakfast was ok even if the buffet was not available (because of low season), very nice garden with private pavillons

Amazing as always

It's just a truly beautiful place with great staff and you start your day with an amazing breakfast. This was my third stay and will always be my fist choice in Pattaya.

In 2016, I recall being able to call from the pool and order a drink. This time, I had to walk into the coffee shop, order drinks to go (unnecessary use of plastic), wait (quite a long time) and take the drinks back to the pool myself. This didn't feel quite right, considering the price of the stay and I hope it's something the manager can think about. Rabbit is outstanding but beware the competition who are also doing things well.

Deborah (the owner) was so nice with me during all my stay. I arrived earlier than expected and out of check in hours but she was super helpful all the time, didn’t hesitate to offer me a solution. The hotel was great, super beautiful and clean. All the staff was so kind. I had a great experience and I would repeat it without any doubt.

Perfect

The whole place is quite and comfortable for relaxing after a long journey. The room is big with a king size bed, a balcony and great view. The owner is very kind and staff is very helpful. The pool is amazing and easy to assess from the room.

Friendly staff, houses/rooms are ok

Maybe this was a 4 star resort in the 80's, but those days are long gone. Today it is a overpriced 2 star. Around 8 pm everything closes including reception. Besides beer and carton box wine they sell no alcohol. There are no phones so room or Poolservice is not available. Breakfast is sober. Besides the rooms everything is dated.

A most enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the style of the rooms. The garden was well maintained. We ate at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner both fine. Would recomnend.
