The size of the rooms and the availability of sunbeds at the beach
Aircon in the room was outrageously noisy.
The sunbeds at the beach were not included in the price on the day of checkout.
The price was unjustified for the overall quality of the stay.

The suite was updated quite and with a nice view on the pool and the garden
The beach building (restaurant and pizzeria) is outdated from the 1960’s and made of concrete which has an awful impact on the beautiful sea shore and pine wood forest in the back. Restaurant very sloppy service - food ok but forgot a 4-star one would expect much more. Navette service unreliable. No room service available!
5.0 / 10.0
- Nice swimming pool
- Nice beach facilities
- Breakfast ok with enough variety
- The cleaning staff was very kind. Very frequent towel changes is appreciated.
- Easy parking spot
- The hotel is very outdated and a four-star rating is inappropriate and to optimistic. Pictures on booking.com are misleading.
-Welness facilities closed during the whole summer! Not mentioned during booking!
- Friendly restaurant staff (especially Andrea) but frequently they were making mistakes: serving different dishes as ordered, serving dishes while the previous course was not finished, having arguments in front of guests. Also, as being half board, when dinner was served at the beach, every time we had to mention we were half board and every time staff was billing the meals like we were not HB. It's not very professional.
- Poor reception at check-in. Some other staff members are very kind and helpful (Ana)
- Absolutely not a child friendly hotel. Dinner is served at 7.30 pm, kidsclub closed, not a lot of choice and healthy stuff for children to eat.

The private beach
The property is very outdated, upon arrival it looked like an abandoned establishment. There was only 1 receptionist and no concierge or staff helping with luggage/parking. When we arrived we realized the shower was broken. After multiple calls to reception and 45 mins wait the receptionist told us the shower head was broken and to use the hand-handle, they would fix it the next day. The hotel didn’t fix it, and four of us showered with a tiny hand handle with little pressure. The beach was beautiful but there were no towels or service at the beach. One had to bring the towels from the hotel on a shuttle. There was a snack bar that sold water and icw cream. The restaurant had a very limited menu. Every day we ate at the resort next door, Gallia, that had a fabulous hotel. On our last day we asked the receptionist if we could use the beach until 12pm, it was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted to spend 1-2 hours at the beach, she loved the young guys and girls of the kids club. However the hotel could only accomodate for an additional fee of 50 euro.
