Really enjoyed the apartment and Chania

Excellent apartment, a small house really. Small complex with only about 6 apartments. Nice swimming pool. The host went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

The property is about 4km from Chania on a hill overlooking the town. There are no tavernas etc. nearby, so we walked down in the evening and got a taxi back. This was not a problem for us.

the architecture of the houses, the gardens, the pool, the owners of the property were very kind and recommended us plenty of things to do around the area and in Crete in general

We literally love it. Is quite far to walk because is uphill and the hot weather.

The owner was on site waiting for our arrival, handed the key and showed to us the flat. Also, provided a free bottle of wine which I thought was an excellent gesture for the guest! We rented a car and you had beach 15-20 min drive. We went all the time to kalathas beach because of sport facilities and safety to use them there. Plenty of options of restaurants and bars. Definitively I will recommend this place to stay.

A hidden slice of Cretan paradise

My partner and I absolutely loved our week stay at Villa Pefki. Marily and her family made us feel very welcome from arrival and were on hand with great local tips. We loved the location, slightly outside of Chania, as it felt like a real escape from the business of the town. We always looked forward to returning for a refreshing dip in the pool after a day in sun. You can walk to town, it takes about 45-60 minutes down the hill, and a taxi back is only €10. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to make simple meals when we felt like it. To watch the sunset through the trees and over the sea every night was a real highlight. Thank you Marily, we hope to be back one day!

Villa Pefki is a little piece of paradise, a well designed structure where privacy and comfort prevail. It is well connected with the town centre of Chania by 10 minutes drive. It is well equipped with everything and the owners make sure that you have all you need.

Loved every minute at Villa Pefki. The hosts were amazing - super friendly and full of great recommendations. Rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. Location was perfect for us too - easy to get into the centre of town but far enough away to have a more relaxed environment. Definitely recommend staying here.

The owner were super helpful since the first contact introduce us to there property, and then give us lots of tip on our stay !! Restaurant excellent as they did, with the little time we had we got the best from Chania!! Grazie mille !!! Will be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Villa Pefki - beautiful small apartment complex in a peaceful location.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and suited our needs for a 2 week stay. The location was quiet with lovely views over Chania and had a lovely outdoor space for relaxing and eating in. Air conditioning was welcome and needed on hot days. The apartment was cleaned twice a week and nothing was too much trouble for the host who was superb. The pool area was fantastic for relaxing and swimming in. Wifi was excellent. We are planning to return.

There was nothing about the apartment we did not like, although the kitchin equipment was limited if you are a gourmet cook and you will need a car for your stay. Limited english TV channels if this is what you want - it didnt bother us.

Heaven on earth

A paradise one step from the crowdy city center in a green cool area. Spotless clean with every comfort one could need. Heavenly surroundings and a lovely pool right at our feet. We couldn't have asked for more.

Lovely quiet villa in the perfect location

- So close to the busy old town but just outside so nice and quiet and peaceful - The balcony is lovely for morning breakfast - Spacious rooms - Cooking facilities

Exceptional

Excellent location halfway between Chania and Chania airport. A magnificent view from the balcony: to the mountains, to the city and to the sea. Beautiful and well-maintained territory, friendly host, clean and rather comfortable apartment.

Our apartment was loft-desined and the air conditioner located in the leaving room did not cool the loft good enough (there was no separate loft cooling). So even with the temperature set to the minimum it was kind of hot in the loft during night time.

Beautiful clean property in quiet pretty surroundings

The property surrounds were very attractive and quiet and the host very hospitable offering us lovely coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Would be good to have very basic breakfast foods e.g bread eggs milk tea and coffee for first morning before able to shop.
