This was a last minute booking due to hurricane Milton hitting Tampa, but this wa a ray of sunshine in a dark! On arrival the staff were so helpful & then when we walked in, WOW! The kitchen was a full size one , a walk in wardrobe that was bigger than our spare room, great bathroom and a roof top pool. The apartments are right in the middle of mid town, with great food options.

Condo was in a very convenient location easy to walk to stores/restaurants about a10 min walk. Check in/out was easy. Lobby had a store to purchase drinks, food ect. Our condo had great views. The layout of the condo was nice for a family. Kitchen had plates, silverware ect all that you need to make a meal. But they charge a cleaning fee and the condo could have used a good overall cleaning.. floor under bar stools had crumbs and pieces of food under them. Kitchen table had something sticky all over it. Black dirt/dust all around the vents and on the wall. Floor was so dirty the kids feet and our socks were black on bottom. Over had food stuck in the door. Shower curtain rod would stay up it slid down the wall .. when you would pull the shower curtain back it falls comp off the wall. Windows open without a screen (12th floor) very dangerous for children they need to add a safety lock at least to protect children . Hard to understand why we are charged a cleaning fee when we had to clean the tables, floor, kitchen cabinets and the front of the dishwasher washer had what looked like food and drink poured down the front. Bathroom Faucets were spotted and had pinkish mold around the base (i cleaned that). Knocked webs down in the closet. Basically i went through and wiped the entire kitchen. Once we wiped down the condo and clean up a few untidy areas we enjoyed our stay and the area. Almost forgot the swimming pool was very nice with nice views. I have pictures unable to a

We had a fantastic 8 night stay at Nomada Residences in Miami. The apartment was wonderful - it was clean, spacious and provided all the amenities that we needed during our time there. The location is great and was an excellent base for exploring Miami. The apartment had parking which was an invaluable addition - the parking space was easy to find and had ample room for our hire car which was a fairly large SUV. We didn’t use the gym but it was clean and had plenty of equipment. The pool was much larger than I expected and was always clean and had a lot of seating available whenever we used it. Overall I would absolutely come back & would thoroughly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!

The living room and master bedroom shades have wear and tear. They did not work properly in room 320. Shades are broken. Lost about 2 hours of my vacation repairing and putting Shades back.

Our family of 5 stayed here last month for a week long vacation. I had no idea where anything was when I booked this. Boy am I glad I booked here! The location is superb. It’s walkable to the Design District. It’s also a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go in Miami. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed both the pool and the gym as well. I would definitely return here.

Stayed with family for an extended stay in Miami. Great central location with the conforts of home. The amenities were also great and well kept. Noise level was maintained. Sometimes could hear people but not often. Will be coming back for sure

Overall, excellent place. Check in times are okay but, check out times are inflexible and if they are able to accommodate, they immediately look to charge a premium. Uncertain if I will stay here again. When attempted to call, no answer, left a message. Did not receive a call back, had to call again. Booking site states, response may take up to two days, better to call.

Property is close to a train track and the train runs all hours of the day especially late at night and early mornings. The accommodation were ok and everything seems new expect that the electric kettle didn’t work… pool towels were disgusting with these orange stains on them… the beds were too low for my family and not very comfortable..however I know some people like low beds… the provide the bare minimum household items like 2 laundry pods … 2 dishwashing pods and 3 garage bags and 2 rolls of towel paper… so I did go out and buy more of the items and hopefully the guest that stayed after me could have use of them.. as I believe those item were provided more for show …nonetheless BIGGEST ISSUE that upset me is that most is that I had a few items that when missing … like a demin jacket, my daughter bathing suit bottom, her compact mirror and maybe even more once I unpacked and take an inventory of my items… Additionally when we first checked in the woman at the front desk was very rude and had an attitude when my mom asked about parking she responded …just wait I’ll get to that after you sign these form… she also got annoyed and roll her eyes when I proceeded to actually read what I was signing and she kept rushing me to initial … even though there was no one waiting in the lobby and we saw her on her cell phone minutes before walking in the lobby..
