Comfortable new hotel away from unfortunately the homeless downtown in Pendleton. Nice views of the distant ridgeline/mountains and very safe and quiet.

A sparkling clean room and bathroom are very important to me. This newer hotel is exactly that. It is outside of the downtown Pendleton area with not much around in the way of food, but we just ate in town before heading to the hotel. Great staff, well lit parking lot. Didn't hear any noise from the small neighboring airport during our overnight stay.

Poor services. No professional appearance. Not helpful or interested taking care of customers. Watched a few customers waiting to check in had same experience. Very disappointed. Would never stay at a Raddison again. For a recent new opening hotel within last year, actually shocked with all the customer service. I put the blame on corporate Raddison for these poor dress code and standards. We paid over $250 for the night. Asked if there was any coffee available at 9:00am in lobby. The answer was purchase in bar $. Even motel 6 offers coffee in lobby. In the past we have stayed at many Raddison hotels through out the states. This experience was so shocking and disappointing at the hotel. Staying and traveling about pleasure and experience. Treated with kindness and being helpful. This is the first time I ever wrote a poor review. The corporate office could invest some training and proper dress code.

The hotel was new, clean and quiet. Lots of light and a large room. Out of town a little. The only downside was that the water was lukewarm so couldn’t really shower. When I told the front desk they were aware of the problem, but it would have been nice if we’d been told and maybe had a heads up and a credit. There is a restaurant onsite and the food was good and reasonably priced.

We have stayed here a couple of times and the hotel is great. But I find it offputting that when we stay more than one night they do not resupply towels, empty trash and give us more coffee for the next day. I should not have to ask for this, I do not need them to clean my room but refresh these things would be very helpful I still pay the same amount for each night and should get the same room amenities as the first night.

New property located at airport, about 10 miles from downtown Pendleton. Dining room on site was closed Sunday so we drove into Pendleton for dinner. Monday morning restaurant was opened and staffed by a very friendly young man. Good food and excellent service.

Property was very nice and modern. Only drawback was that it was next to the small Pendleton airport with nothing else in the vicinity. The airport wasn’t noisy, just that the surrounding area was bland. We’ll keep it on our places to stay list though because the facility was nice and quiet hence served its purpose.

This is not a pet friendly facility as advertised. Upon entering I canceled, of course paid, and did not even stay at this obviously new facility. There is NOTHING available for pet relief but scalding asphalt surrounding this building. Kindly don’t advertise what you don’t have!! I fortunately was able to find a room at a different hotel in Pendleton.

First room when I arrived had not been cleaned, apparently administrative oversite. But staff quickly rectified the problem moving to a nice clean room. Condition/quality of the facility is quite good. Surprised how quiet it was considering it is located next to the airport. Would stay there again if occasion arises.

Appear to be a very new Hotel with sparse decorations. Very nicely appointed. Only thing was people slamming their doors. That was loud. Or letting their doors close loudly. But other than that, it was perfect easy to get to plenty of parking and very, very clean.
