The location was a short 3-4 block walk into town center...situaated in a Very quiet section The grounds were lovely with beautiful manicured gardens. The breakfast changed daily and was always a delight serving healthy delicious fruits, yogurts, juice or avacado toast with cheese and tomatoes ...excellent coffee
the shower had plenty of hot water and the towels were absorbent...Tv offered streaming channels Room decor was quaint with plenty of storage AND Arturo the dog was a delight!
The pillows were filled with previous dreams...Mexico needs better pillows in general not just Garden of Dreams
and my pet peeve in most hotels is NO full length mirror...

Muy rico y abundante pagando el extra para desayuno completo (vale la pena!!). Le quitaría un poco de grasa, pero en general muy bueno
No salía con presión el agua de la regadera. Y tampoco había agua caliente.

It is a beautiful place, with a wonderful garden and pool, rooms with all the amenities for a pleasant stay, comfortable beds, and Bethany is a wonderful host!!
everything was perfect

The most special thing about the property was Bethany. We landed on a day when she was hosting the first monthly artist’s presentation made by visiting artists. We were so lucky. Bethany’s energy and enthusiasm carried the day, the artists were world class. A stopover (Ajijic) on the way to somewhere else has no risen to top of our list for relocation, and we’ll be sure to try to schedule in order to be here for the artist’s event the next time we return.
There were some problems with the shower but I know Bethany is on it for the next guest. We were just here overnight.

Breakfast was more than what we had expected (which was zero) so we were happy. Great fruit, yogurt, granola and bread.
The location is great and they physical presentation is very pretty.....especially once the pool was shocked and didn't look like a green swamp. Rooms were spacious and clean...lots of hot water too. It was enjoyable to meet and talk with other guests in the mornings.
the owner could ensure that someone is available at the front desk more often. If you wanted ice or anything in the late afternoon no one was around. The venue is also doing special Indian dinners open to the public. None of the guests we spoke to had been contacted before our arrival to see if we wanted to join in which was annoying. We didn't even know until the day of the event we could join - for full price and not even a discount. While the food was excellent the hotel could do a better job of letting their guests know in advance of this event since it impacts the GUEST experience at the hotel. Their dinner seemed more important than our experience.

This is a very nice location in a quiet neighborhood close to the downtown central district. The host Bethany was very hospitable & helpful. The continental breakfasts were wonderful homemade treats!

Location was great. Quick walk to Ajijic centro but quiet because of neighborhood.

The staff was great, both Joanna and Bridget were extremely friendly and accommodating. Joanna even did us the courtesy of staying up until 1:30 in the morning to let us in the gate for check-in. We were even lucky enough to attend their weekend farmers market during our stay, which was terrific.
The one thing missing from our room was a remote control to the tv.

Warm welcome by the staff! Beautiful garden and very nicely decorated hotel. The room is spacious, kept in style with colourful details. With the bathroom, hot water, tv, wifi, chairs, table and a fridge we were all set and happy. We were provided with a card to open the gate and park our car so we could enter and leave as we pleased.
Nothing to add here actually.
