Gorgeous grounds, an oasis just outside the bustle of the city, with great restaurants nearby.

We arrived after hours but the directions we were given were very clear and all went smoothly. The level of care and attention is wonderful, we felt so well looked after and cared for. It’s great to have WhatsApp contact with the hosts. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely, if a little chilly.

It was hard to do all of the stairs with a pushchair but worth it to have the lovely apartment nearest the pool.

A perfect getaway for my husbands 40th birthday. Thank you for everything!

The property was absolutely fantastic, even better than I’d imagined. The rooftop pool was a real highlight and the room was immaculate. Catarina and Bruno were excellent hosts and did all they could to make the stay memorable. They recommended great restaurants as well as a super sailing trip. I would definitely love to come back and happy to recommend to friends. What a place!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Porto mit tollem Wetter & einem Super-Frühstück.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Die Lage des Hotels war okay; der Ausblick von der Terrasse war wirklich toll.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein; grundsätzlich ist das kein Problem: dafür müsste es aber intelligenter geschnitten sein. Man konnte sich im Zimmer kaum bewegen; es gab kaum Ablage- oder Abstellmöglichkeiten; wir mussten immer über unsere Koffer steigen.

Outstanding property for exploring Porto.

Excellent apartment with great views of the river. We had breakfast room service every morning at no extra charge. We also used to pool and outside areas. Fantastic base to explore Porto with much more space than your usual hotel room. Staff were very helpful with luggage storage and local recommendations. We hope to return very soon. 5⭐️

Merveilleux séjour au calme, loin de l'agitation du centre historique -Une petite pépite cette hotel

Qui peut s'imaginer trouver une telle pépite en arrivant dans cette petite rue et en poussant la porte de l'établissement ! Un havre de paix, au calme, à 25 min à pied de l'agitation du centre historique. Accueillis par Catarina et Bruno (et un petit verre de Porto), aux petits soins pour leurs clients, nous avons ensuite découvert les lieux, notre appartment et la magnifique piscine (pas chauffée, dommage). Grâce aux indications de Bruno, nous sommes partis à la découverte de la ville, de ses ponts, de sa gastronomie et bien entendu de ses vins. Très bien desservi par les transports en commun, le tramway et le bus passent juste devant l'établissement. Nous avons pu ainsi nous rendre jusqu'aux belles plages et apprécier une bonne cataplana en terrasse. Et que dire des petits déjeuners ? ou plutôt des Brunchs -> juste exceptionnels Bref, un excellent séjour. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement.

Malheureusement, la piscine n'était pas chauffée La salle de bain n'est pas très bien optimisée niveau rangement et il manquait un distributeur de savon pour les mains Mais ce ne sont que des petits points de détail !

Une autre vision de l'hôtellerie

Établissement somptueux, autant la chambre (très grande et rénovée avec goût) que les parties communes (jardin et piscine). Tout le personnel est charmant et agréable, pleins de bon conseils. Le granola pour le petit dej est un délice ainsi que le capuccino (un des meilleurs que j'ai pu goûter) l'endroit est bien placé le tram et le bus arrivent devant aussi bien que pour aller en ville qu'au bord de mer. Pas de parking mais se garer a proximité est facile et non payant. Un séjour mémorable à renouveller a l'occasion...

une seule amélioration, c'est au niveau literie: oreiller et matelas mériterait plus de confort. (Surtout l'oreiller) Mais je suis peut être difficile... Tout le reste était parfait.

Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijk personeel.

Prima locatie met uitzicht op de Douro! Half uurtje lopen langs de mooie rivier naar het centrum en half uur de andere kant op naar het strand 🏖️ De historische tram stopt vlakbij ! Deze gaat zowel naar het centrum als naar het strand. Het hotel heeft een heerlijk zwembad om te ontspannen 😎 Het ontbijt was heerlijk!

Beautiful apartment style accommodation walking distance from Porto attractions

Fantastic decor, facilities ( there's a pool!) And warm and friendly welcome. We were so surprised to stay in such a beautiful building in a great walkable location to some of the main sights in Porto. We enjoyed a room with kitchen and living space and due to our toddler we utilised all of the facilities. Bruno was an absolute gentleman, explaining the local sights, booking taxis to and from the airport and generally being a nice guy.

We have nothing negative to say, it was all very lovely.

Wunderschönes Hotel für eine entspannte Städtetour durch Porto. Einfach klasse!!!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in den Hang terrassenförmig gebaut und die oberste Etage hat den Pool. Alles ist mit viel Liebe angelegt und total gepflegt. Das Appartement war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zu empfehlen ist die Buchung eines Appartements, dann hat man eine kleine Frühstücksterasse. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat an nichts gefehlT. Das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight mit Pancakes, Granola, verschiedene Eiergerichte und Toasts, mit ganz viel Liebe angerichtet. In die Innenstadt läuft man am Douro entlang ca. 2 km. Sehr machbar! Es war perfekt !!! Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Obrigada 🫶🏻

Perfekter Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Für mich war es perfekt! Das Zimmer war mordern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. Es gab auch Bademäntel. Die Außenterarasse mit dem tollen Ausblick ist der Hammer! Sogar einen kleinen Pool gibt es. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch und wird zwischen 9:00 und 17:00! angeboten! Ich habe mich super wohl gefüllt! Spezieller Dank gilt Bruno und Caterina und den ganzen Team.

Everything you need for a great stay in Porto!

I was immediately welcomed very warmly and friendly by Catharina. And so the tone was immediately set for the wonderful stay, everyone was super attentive and friendly. The rooms were super clean and pleasantly decorated, everything was there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A design place where to relax looking at the river and being surrounded by nature

The welcoming atmosphere and the super nice and helpful staff made my work stay feel like an holiday. I got an upgrade to one of their two big apartments in the middle of a garden with a pool and river view. I could see the sunset on the ocean under one of Porto’s iconic bridges from the window - it was special. The design of the whole hotel is cool, the bed is really comfortable, and the breakfast in the room was so good and huge. They were really flexible in accommodating my needs for an early breakfast before going to the conference, I really appreciated it. Lastly, the neighbourhood is characterised by steep historic narrow cobblestone streets dotted with blooming trees (in January!!), that connect the riverside to the university area, which is another very interesting place to visit for architecture-lovers.

There was a faint musty smell in the closet and bathroom, and it can happen that - leaving the windows open and being in a garden - some insects can get in - just need to be careful.

Estadia ótima com ótima vista. Pequeno almoço com entrega no quarto (sem custos extra) muito bom. Funcionários super simpáticos e prestaveis. Fácil acesso e estacionamento gratuito à porta.

Não há nada que não tivesse gostado, a única pequena coisa é que a varanda tinha uma ótima vista mas é muito estreita o que impossibilita a colocação de uma cadeira para poder sentar e usufruir de uma bebida com vista para o rio.

very good stay, very spacious and luxurious room and great breakfast

The room was actually a little apartment and it is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, clean, modern and comfortable. Wifi was also very good. I ordered the brunch from the cafe and that was excellent.

The location is not central to Porto centre. it was ideally located for me, near to the place I had to reach for work.

Amazing value, super clean and exceptionally friendly staff!

A beautiful space and the staff could not have been friendlier! I can’t remember the last time we had such an enjoyable experience. I’d recommend doing the breakfasts there — they are exceptional! There’s a tram line that can take you close to the center of town. Overall an excellent value and super friendly staff. Highest recommendation.

Exceptional service, great location and amazing staff

Myself and my wife had an excellent stay recently at the 108MM. The house is beautiful and done quite well. The staff at the house were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. The onsite restaurant had delicious food and quite extensive in options . The staff deserve to be recognized for the immaculate cleanliness and presentation around the entire house. Bruno and his team made us feel at home and were attentive to all our requests. The apartment was spacious, with a balcony and a great view.

Wonderful stay; will stay at the same place if we ever come back to Porto.

We really enjoyed our stay at 108MM house; the place was very tidy and the breakfast was delicious. We looked forward to getting back to our apartment at the end of the day. The host Catarina was very sweet and helpful and so was the other Catarina who got the breakfast to our room and also helped find my dropped phone under the bridge.

One minor nuisance: - the wardrobe sensor light in the bedroom kept on turning on at night due to the slightest movement on bed

Apartamento muito novo e confortável, c/ excelente atendimento e ótima vista. Recomendo a famílias.

Gostei do apartamento muito novo e confortável, com vista maravilhosa para o rio Douro. A comodidade de ter máquina de lavar roupas foi excelente, mas poderia ter também um seca roupas.

Eu não gostei apenas do hotel ficar em uma rua bem apertada próxima da avenida principal, porém de difícil acesso por uma rampa e de frente para uma rua estreita onde os carros de aplicativo (Uber) terem dificuldade de encontrar, e por este motivo a anfitriã muito gentil Catarina avisou que o ideal é descer até a avenidade principal e aguardar os carros de aplicativo neste local na altura da Rua do Ouro 120. Pedimos comida e fizemos compras pelo aplicativo Uber Eats e tudo chegou direito sem problemas na porta do hotel. Tivemos também que lidar com pernilongos dentro do quarto, por isto recomendamos deixar as janelas fechadas e usar repelentes.
