Very disappointed!

The restaurant and staff were wonderful. Very good traditional mexican cuisine. The hotel cleaning staff and the garden area were very nice.

Our single king room had a lot to be desired. There was no ventilation, no fan, no ac. The only window was the french door access. The door led to the garden area, giving you no privacy whatsoever. You had to keep the door closed to keep the mosquitoes out. Secondly, the bed was hard as a rock. If we hadn't paid in advance we would have gone to another hotel.

What a great hotel. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Despite being just off the square, it was very quiet, and the courtyard is lovely. The staff were super nice and so helpful with good suggestions on getting around and finding tours in the area. Casa Delina is a great value and will be my first choice for our next stay in Comitan. The off street parking is a huge bonus if you have rented a car.

beautiful patio, well decorated bedroom great location, right near main square with parking facilities

Staff not really here to serve Dog in the hotel was barking super loud at 2am in the patio; after 5min, I had to get up and ask the person at the reception to do sth (he was there but didn’t care that the dog was waking up everybody; he finally went to see the dog who stopped instantly)

we were very happy it is pet friendly and we loved Bruno the hotel dog. all the rooms open onto a beautiful garden courtyard. the decor is modern and cute. it is exceptionally clean and we loved the staff. Hilda and Lupita were so friendly and sweet. it is only a few steps from the centre and there are many restaurants and shops within walking. we also appreciated the secure on site parking.

Peaceful hotel in great location

Very nice garden. Tranquil atmosphere in the middle of the town. In the morning you could even hear a cock.

Some space to put your clothes is missing. The rooms could be a bit bigger.

Superb

Great location in the center of the town, ample private parking, clean and spacious room with private exit into very beautiful inside garden space.

It seems that our room was once a big room that was artificially divided into two - diving wall was right in the middle of the window and there was a small gap between wall and window, we could clearly hear conversation in the next room as we all were in one room :)

Great location! Wonderful people!

So conveniently located near the square! Parking was a huge asset. Clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms. Restaurant was convenient for breakfast and offered a varied menu. Most of all, staff was super friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend!!

Good place to stay. But, check if your room has hot water!

The location was superb and the complex was nice. The room was clean and had a tranquil feel to it. The coffee shop associated with the hotel was a good place to relax. The staff personnel was friendly and very helpful.

The main reason we gave the hotel a 5 was there was no hot water for our showers. Our check out time was at 12:30PM and we returned from a morning trip at 12Noon planning to take a quick shower before we left. So, asking to change rooms since we were checking out in 30 minutes was not feasible. We generally stay in hostels and splurge once a week for a little more luxury. The lack of hot water was a disappointment, especially paying twice as much compared to hostels which generally do have hot water.
