Long Bay Hills is a lovely property and was exactly what our family of five needed for a great spring break getaway. The home is very spacious and well appointed, the beautiful pictures are accurate. Our girls loved swimming in the pool and my husband absolutely adored the beautiful sunsets. Lovely and secluded beaches are just minutes away. Norilyn is there to greet you upon arrival and she does an excellent job of keeping things neat and tidy. A few things to keep in mind, the road leading to the house is a natural gravel road, so an off road capable vehicle is helpful (we rented a Jeep for the week, use Grace Bay Rentals and not Rent a Buggy). The bedrooms are on three different levels, so there are stairs. We hope to visit again soon!

The house was even better than advertised, and the attention to detail was perfection. The hosts and their team (especially Norilyn the housekeeper) were very communicative, accommodating and just made our entire experience a breeze. We already want to visit again and I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amazing trip to Turks!

Close to many beautiful beaches and restaurants but nestled in a private community. Cannot even see the house from the road. Narilyn (housekeeper) was awesome. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, and pool was very nice. Everything worked! We had a ball! Would love to return.

Loved the property! Everything was great except no AC in the living room/kitchen (which we knew) but would really have been nice to have. Also lots of ants but other than that an amazing stay and will definitely go back again.

The house is absolutely stunning. Great modern place, very functional kitchen, BBQ grill. Loved the slatted windows & shutters throughout the home to prop open and enjoy the island breezes. The infinity pool is amazing, the deck is gorgeous and the views in every direction are fantastic! We loved our stay at Villa Valhead & Providenciales!

Overall the property was as listed, very nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent, comfortable beds and air conditioned. However, some sort of window shades would be recommended as it was impossible to sleep much past 6am with the sun beaming in. Which was OK, but some mornings you want to sleep a bit longer on vacation. Our biggest issue was the lack of indoor dining. Tough to eat or play games as all the screens were not working and would not lower. When we used the dining table everyone was eaten alive by bugs, the worst batch of bug bites I have ever had. You also could not open the shutters because the screens were not working there either. Also the dinnerware was chipped and fairly tired with no big plates, minor but annoying. For the price, a little more cable channels for sports would have been nice as well as better pool furniture and adding a few small outdoor side tables would be good. If the screens were working we would definitely rent this property again.

Overdue on this review as we stayed at the villa several weeks ago. Can't say enough about how nice the property is. With 3 young children I was concerned there wouldn't be enough space, I was completely wrong. Kids loved the pool and having their own bedrooms. The house is very well supplied and in a great location. Will be returning for sure!

This house is just as described online. It is well appointed, clean, spacious with views of the Bay. It is a short driving distance to Long Bay Beach or Grace Bay. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved this home. Chris and Sara was great hostess. Housekeeper Lithia was amazing she decorated for my birthday. She definitely surprised me. I am forever grateful. I will recommend this location. the only issue we had was the ants but it was doable.

Love the louvered windows that allow for great breezes inside the villa. The pictures of this villa are an accurate reflection. A lot of space for people to spread out as well. The private pool is a lovely amenity which we used daily.

I enjoyed every bit of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This property exceeded all expectations I had prior to arrival. The house has 3 different levels and all windows and doors opened up to a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding area. Our host Luis was amazing, helpful and suggested the finest places on the island...for that I am thankful. I will definitely be back very soon.

We had a great time during our recent trip (Aug 2020) to Turks & Caicos and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valhead Villa. The house was perfect for our family of five and fully met our expectations. It was every bit as nice as the pictures. The best part of the house was the pool and the beautiful sunset views from the back porch. We also loved that the house was in a quiet, secluded location, but also only a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay and anywhere you would want to go. The only complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the main living area. Most of the time there was a nice breeze, but there were a few evenings with little/no breeze and it became unbearably hot. My guess is it is only an issue during the hot summer months and during the few days when there is no breeze. Turks & Caicos itself was amazing. The highlights of our trip were snorkeling, kayaking with turtles in the mangroves, taking a boat to secluded beaches and just relaxing on Grace Bay Beach. The restaurants were great and the overall quality was better than what we have experienced on other islands. Luis the property manager was great at recommending restaurants and tours, and overall was extremely helpful. The owners were also very accommodating. We had to cancel and reschedule our trip twice because of COVID travel restrictions. Both times, the owners agreed to reschedule for the dates we chose with no questions asked even though the deadline to receive a refund had lapsed. Overall, we highly recommend Turks & Caicos and Valhead Villa, and are looking forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Valhead Villa is a very asthetically pleasing and the photos on the website are accurate. The infinity pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it very much! It was very well equipped, and had all the basic necessities, including a washer and dryer. That being said, there were a few issues that we feel should be mentioned to future renters. First off, the bed in the master suite is probably the hardest bed I have EVER slept on. It was like sleeping on a concrete floor, and that is no exaggeration. Towards the end of our stay, I actually dreaded getting into it a night. Also, there is air conditioning in the bedrooms only. It is possible to get a breeze going once all the louvers have been opened but, it is still uncomfortably hot so keep that in mind. In the description about the amenities, it said that there was a security system. There was a security system with a keypad at the house but, we were told at check-in that it didn't work. We mentioned that to the property manager, who lives on the island,, mid stay and he said we just needed a code to set it up and that he would text that to us - which he never did. There were a pair of bikes outside for us to use, but on closer inspection, we noticed that the tires were dry rotted and not functional. We were there when Hurricane Isasis passed over the island. We of course lost power for a couple of days (which was out of anyone's control) and actually checked in to a hotel for a night where there was electricity and internet. The power came back on the day after the hurricane but, the internet, which actually went out before the storm even hit never came back on. Unfortunately, the TV's in the house require an internet connection to watch so no TV. There was a DVD player and tons of movies, and we thought we would just watch movies at night, but we quickly discovered that the DVD player was broken. When we mentioned this to the property manager, he commented that he didn't think anyone was even interested in watching movies. A couple of days later, he dropped of a wi-fi hot spot for us to use for the duration of our stay. That enabled us to be able to use the internet and watch TV in one of the rooms. After we checked out of our villa, we had already made plans to extend our vacation by an extra week. We were able to book a condo at a resort on Grace Bay which was such a blessing. We had a good vacation in TCI but would not rent this villa again. Just too many problems.

We all really enjoyed our on week's vacation at Valhead Villa! The property is well located, very clean and comfortable. We were very impressed by the layout and unique architecture of the house, along with its setting, landscaping, and gorgeous views. During our visit we spent most days exploring the island and its amazing beaches, swimming and snorkelling, and then returning to our peaceful villa for a dip in the pool, relaxing on the patio and enjoying the sunset. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in each bedroom meant that everyone slept well! All in all we had very memorable trip and highly recommend this property.

The property was well-located, clean, neat and had great sunset views. I would give it a 5 but would add that the king size bed was uncomfortable and too firm. But overall it was a great property.
