Enjoy unobstructed oceanfront vistas from the living room, kitchen, and two master bedrooms of this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom haven. The third bedroom looks directly toward the majestic Halifax River, Intracoastal Waterway, and beyond. There are amazing views from every room in this beautiful property. This spacious condo's ocean front wraparound balcony has spectacular views up and down the Florida coast, with southeastern exposures that capture the warm Florida sun all year long.

Relax and read on a plush sofa or leather chair as you watch ships and beachgoers below and pelicans flying right by outside. For digital entertainment, connect to limitless possibilities with high-speed wireless internet. Watch a sporting event or listen to music on the 65-inch smart TV with Sound Bar and sub-woofer, cable TV, On Demand and a Blu-Ray/DVD player.

When the delicious aroma of your home-cooked meal draw your family near, enjoy both a spectacular view and your wonderful entrée at the dining room table for four. Should you have friends dining with you, you'll find extra seating in the three chairs lining the breakfast bar as well as folding tables and chairs provided in the nearby closet.

Gaze at the ocean from your ample king bed in primary bedroom 1, and see the sea from the extra-large shower! With two shower heads and a granite sitting bench, there is no better place to decompress from everyday life. The third bedroom has two full beds, both with twin trundles, and one with a bunk bed with safety rail. With three bedrooms and plenty of beds, bring the children and some friends too, or consider vacationing with another family, either overlapping stays or not.

All 3 bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, plush linens and lots of storage. Brand new, industrial double front doors have recently been installed by the condo association. This property is also in a perfect location for viewing rocket launches! Visit NASA's page to see upcoming launches and watch it ascend from the right of the balcony.

Guests also have open access to the penthouse clubhouse 3 doors down from the unit! With open seating, bar area, TV and community library it is a perfect place to relax and unwind. There's plenty of seating for any sized group should you wish to host a gathering, or you can just enjoy weekly social activities with other guests and residents. The view is spectacular from every direction in this comfortable, large club room!

Ride the Glass Elevator, one of three elevators in the building, to the top floor as you and your children take in bird's eye views of the Intracoastal Waterway and setting sun. The premises are well-maintained, private and secured. The large pool and BBQ area steps down onto the world-famous Florida surfer beach. Beach, pool, hot tub, sauna, shower...you get the idea.

View was gorgeous for sure ! I think you need a new cleaning service. Vent was black and towels were supposed to be white. They had lots of gray stains all over them. Also found dust balls and the couch was stained also. The front door blew open every time we had an afternoon storm. I tried latching down the pin but that didn’t work. We had to put a chair in front of door. We had a very relaxing time at the condo and like I said the view was amazing.

The condo had minimal decorating in the living room area however with four young grandkids that was just fine. The bedrooms were very nice. The room with bunk beds and trundle beds was very adequate for the kids. The tv’s in all the rooms worked.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place at Ashley Condominiums. The room was clean, the view was amazing, and we loved our stay. Would have 5 stars for cleanliness but, the bedroom with bunk beds sheets smelled very musty.

Overall the location was great. The unit needs a freshen on sheets and towels, boogie boards were broken, ice maker didn't work, could have been more clean upon arrival. Views were great and beach and pool were awesome. Building staff is very rude and the gym equipment was from the 80s.

We enjoyed our stay at Daytona beach as always, the condo was roomy but there was not enough furniture for the amount of guests it sleeps. The beds were comfortable, and bathrooms nice but there wasn’t enough table space to sit and eat a meal or all of us sit around the living room. We only had 2 dish towels and there weren’t enough bath towels and wash cloths. There was no dust pan to sweep the floors with. No cable tv in the bedroom, you have to have a Netflix account to watch it. But over all was clean and the balcony had amazing views. The worst part about the whole thing was the condo manager and the residents were pretty obvious that that do not like the weekly renters. Having to have a key every where you go was exhausting being that we only had two keys and 11 people.

We loved the condo! It was so spacious and well equipped. The view was spectacular! Sitting inside all you see is the beautiful ocean and boats. You feel as though you’re on a cruise. The view from the balcony is panoramic! You see the beautiful beaches to the left and right. Renting the property was so easy. Really enjoyed talking with Gary. He answered all questions and was very helpful and polite getting me through the paperwork. Would very much like to rent the condo again.

This place is so beautiful and the building has great amenities! Just a walk to the pier for breakfast and enjoyed the beach and pool. Would come back to this place as it has so many beautiful things to offer!
